I’m the sales manager of ABM, an e-commerce company. We supply a wide range of toners, consumables, and document imaging equipment, including copiers and multifunction products. We’re also the sole distributor of Pantum in Kenya and East Africa.

We wanted to strengthen our e-commerce operations by developing a fully functional, modern online store for our business. Once the website was launched, we wanted to continue working with the provider to handle our SEO and improve our online visibility. The main goals were to create a smooth shopping experience for our customers, streamline our digital processes, and ensure our products ranked well so we could attract more organic traffic and increase overall sales.

For SEO, they’ve covered all the major areas: on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, and local SEO. This includes optimizing our website structure and keywords, building backlinks, improving page speed, and managing our Google Business Profile to boost visibility in search results. On the social media side, Aerosoft manages our Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube accounts. While their team is always available for major updates or fixes, a bit more proactive guidance after deployment — like short training sessions for our staff or analytics insights — would be helpful.
