Well, why don't you start by telling the truth of what really happened instead of spreading unprofessional lies?
Why don't you mention that you had a website with a template that is not suitable for flexible changes and you needed a better one, so we built you 3 websites templates which is out of our work scope in order to help you the best way, even though the 3 templates were better than the current one you always had more requirements instead of accepting one of them.
And when you finally accepted one after a long time passed, you were never decisive of the content to add.
So, we went way out of scope and you wasted our time by shutting us down.
Other companies would have charge you way more than we did.
