We are a software communication solution provider serving primarily the healthcare industry. My position is senior content marketing manager.

Ad.Just was hired to film and create a recap video for our annual user conference.

What were your goals for this project?

To create a video that could be shown to the audience during the final session of the conference.

How did you select this vendor?

They were a local company to the area our conference was located. We looked at several other vendors. Ad.Just had the highest quality videos in their portfolio.

We had a project brief and created a schedule of events for the film crew. We also conducted a pre-conference call to discuss our objectives and ensure the film crew knew what to expect when they arrived onsite.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

Most of the project management and feedback was conducted onsite and in person -- given that the video was being filmed and created onsite during the conference.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In three weeks we generated 256 views of the video.
