I’m a project manager at AMOR, a luxury vodka brand that brings together old-world French craftsmanship and a smooth, modern taste made for those who appreciate the finer things.

What challenge were you trying to address with 10turtle?

Our main goal was to translate AMOR's premium positioning into a digital experience that didn’t just look elegant but actually felt luxurious, immersive, smooth, and memorable.

What was the scope of their involvement?

10turtle led the end-to-end web design, including UX research, wireframes, UI, interactions, and development. The animated storytelling and overall flow of the site were especially important for us, and they handled that really well. 10turtle used smooth scroll animations and elegant transitions that made the site feel cinematic and luxurious, perfectly matching AMOR's brand story and premium feel.

What is the team composition?

We worked with a small and focused team of five people from 10turtle, including a designer, developer, project coordinator, and tester.

How did you come to work with 10turtle?

We found 10turtle through a reference. We looked at a few agencies, but 10turtle stood out because their work felt more considered and less templated. From the first call, they seemed to understand the tone and emotion we wanted to capture with Amor.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent approximately $10,000 on the project.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with 10turtle in February 2024, and the project wrapped up in March 2024.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We started getting great reactions right after the launch. The flow felt smooth, the animations were subtle but impactful, and overall, it finally felt like the site matched the personality of the brand. Within the first few weeks after launch, we saw a noticeable uptick in website traffic, and users were spending more time exploring the content, especially the story-driven sections. We also had more direct inquiries coming in through the contact form than before.

How did 10turtle perform from a project management standpoint?

10turtle’s project management was smooth and professional. They were clear with timelines, stayed on schedule, and were quick to adapt whenever we needed tweaks or had feedback. Our primary communication with 10turtle was through email and video calls. They were responsive and kept things clear and organized throughout.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What really impressed me was how easy they were to work with. They had clear communication, no fluff, and genuinely cared about getting things right. 10turtle understood what we were trying to build and brought fresh ideas to the table.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There were a few moments where clearer documentation on revisions could’ve helped speed things up, but nothing major. It was a collaborative process, and they were always willing to adapt.
