Zorya Analytics was engaged to help us consolidate and analyze approximately five years of project and business data across multiple sources, including financial records, project management data, timesheets, CRM information, and Excel-based datasets. The scope included cleaning and structuring the underlying data, building a scalable Power BI data model, creating relationships and transformations using Power Query and DAX, and developing dashboards that allowed us to analyze project performance, profitability, budget versus actuals, timelines, client trends, project types, resource allocation, and year-over-year performance. Key deliverables included:

• A fully functional Power BI model connected to our historical datasets
• Cleaned and structured data suitable for reliable ongoing reporting
• Interactive dashboards covering financial, operational, project, client, and resource KPIs
• Year-over-year and trend analysis across our project portfolio
• Documentation describing the model, data structure, and reporting workflows
