We needed help improve our email marketing. We hired Zoronto to help us out and we are so happy we did.We started with a onboarding call so that they got a clear understanding of our issues. We were unsure of where we should invest the most time and money to get better results, but the Zoronto Team quickly saw where there was the most potential and how they could improve our results. 

They helped us with setting up all the email flows. After only a couple of days, the results have improved. One of our welcome emails that Zoronto set up has made more money than the welcome email that has been set up for a couple of months. We also see that so many more people sign up in the pop-up form, and that we get more loyal customers. Our flows are overall making more money

We hired the team at Zoronto to completely overhaul our substandard flows in Klaviyo and add additional flows to generate more revenue. Before the start of the project, we only had three flows which were not performing at all and they were poorly designed. At the completion of the project we now have over 10 flows which and they have been beautifully designed to properly represent our brand. The Zoronto team also helped us redesign the templates for our regular emails.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As previously mentioned, prior to this project starting, we only had three mediocre flows which were not performing. We now have over 10 flows which have been specifically designed to align with our brand aesthetic. Our previous flows were not generating any additional revenue which was a big goal. Already these new flows are generating revenue so we know they are properly working.

Yes they did deliver on time and we were able to easily share feedback via our WhatsApp group.

I was impressed by their ability to communicate and come up with designs that were 100% on brand with our brand. It's very hard for a 3rd party agency to align with your design aesthetic but the Zoronto team managed to do this very well.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Zoronto could have done differently?

We found it challenging to view the flow templates in the program provided. This is something we have already raised with Zoronto internally. Overall though we were still able to complete the project with a fantastic outcome.

Zoronto has been helping us mainly with email marketing campaigns, including copywriting, design, template personalization, automated emails, and A/B testing. In addition, their campaigns have Facebook and Instagram involvement. They're also deeply involved in developing strategies to give us results, which they track using Triple Whale.

We’ve used Asana, Basecamp, Klaviyo, and Shopify as our main project management tools. As for communication, we use Google Meet, Slack, email, and WhatsApp — it all depends on what part of the project we are in.

Zoronto is great at working to find trends such as value-based emails which we found that our customers enjoy which has become an invaluable source of increased traffic to the website. As well, they are always willing to make changes when necessary even if its last minute.

The team are all excellent communicators as we have our own assigned Slack channel which is a perfect avenue to excel with communication and ensuring that workflow is always moving forward

Their willingness to work with me on short notice and answer my questions with ease is impressive.
