We successfully identified our client persona and gained clarity on how to market effectively and direct the right clients to us.
While we are still working towards increasing sales and achieving greater success, a key outcome has been identifying our weaknesses and areas for improvement.
We are now implementing targeted corrective measures as a direct result of the insights gained through this project.
This clarity and strategic direction have been one of the most valuable outcomes I’ve experienced working with Zoi Labs (Anuj), setting a solid foundation for growth moving forward.

If I were to suggest an area for improvement, it would be to place a stronger emphasis on assessing the business strength or conducting market research upfront. It might have been helpful to explore whether the proposed website solutions or development strategies would directly achieve the end goals, by gaining deeper insight into the market or customer behavior beforehand.

In hindsight, I feel that starting with more market research could have made the process even stronger. That said, this was an important learning experience for us, and I don’t see it as anyone’s fault—rather, it’s something I personally realized and would suggest as a way to make future projects even better.

We needed to design and deploy our website and set up our coaching service.

The completion of the deliverables allowed us to relaunch our business with our new branding, look, feel, and functionality.
