There was no progress or success. It was a total scam.

The whole experience was very cold, impersonal, and dissatisfying. I did not trust them and should have done more research. They did not listen to what I wanted, they charged me twice as much as what others charged, and tried to oversell their services. To cancel after only 5 minutes of their time, they charged me 25%. They lied to me for 6 weeks about refunding my money. I had to file formal complaint with WIX, the BBB, and my bank dispute team, who all contacted Zoek directly. I received my refund the next day. I don't recommend this company. Read the Better Business Bureau reviews yourself.

Nothing. Fancy titles. Poor service. Poor communication.

Honesty, transparency to start with. Listen to your customers and what they actually need, don’t oversell. Don’t lie. Don’t charge for work you didn’t do.

Scope of work is to build my website for my grantwriting business from start to finish, with a total allowance of 3 edits by me. It is a basic website design but I needed multiple forms/client portals/resource pages/search features and SEO embedded in the site.

The completion of my website in a timely manner, adherence to my vision for the design and content within the 3 rounds of edits.

Zoek is building my website at an affordable rate, I’ve only interacted with humans, and they seem to be capturing all the small details for my vision for my website so far. It is not yet complete, but we are on track. Would recommend!

The SEO provider ZOEK is a total scam and so disrespectful, wasted so much of my money and did nothing, knew nothing and refused to hear my experience "Combine with our on-site SEO services for guaranteed ranking and traffic results in 90 days or less." is a COMPLETE LIE. Hated everything they said and 'did' for my business.

HORRIBLE, NONSENSICAL COPY. NO SEO RANKING DIFFERENCE KEY TERMS FAILED TO GET ME BUSINESS RECOGNITION OR AUDIENCE GROWTH.

They fail small businesses and disrespect people, refuse to make accommodations for where they failed or admit their work was inadequate. AND after I expressed all this upset they had the audacity to charge me 2 months after I told them to stop after our agreed upon package.

I have never had such a horrible service provider and I have to warn folks how deeply dangerous of an investment this is and how awful it turned out for me. This engagement caused me so much stress and money.

The only improvement I can think of is changing the keywords to fit the target industry that I’m in.
