The efforts have led to significant growth in organic traffic, a notable increase in new customers, and firm performance in SEO rankings for targeted keywords. Key pages on the 1LIMS website drive conversions, and form submissions and scheduled meetings show promising results.

Looking ahead, the focus will be on improving on-page optimization, launching a newsletter, and offering demo accounts to enhance lead conversion further. Campaigns for specific industry-related pages will also be explored to continue driving visibility and engagement. The measurable outcomes from the project highlight notable progress and success. There was an 18% increase in organic traffic from March to April 2025, with new users rising from 512 to 608 monthly. This growth reflects the positive impact of content creation and SEO optimization. Additionally, the 1LIMS homepage ranks for 550 keywords, and the website ranks for 787 keywords, with important pages improving their search rankings. For example, the “Lab management software” page ranks in Position 13 in the US.

Lead generation also showed promising results, with form submissions increasing from 3 in March to 7 in April, indicating stronger engagement and higher conversion rates. Moreover, the “How to Choose the Right Solution for Your QC Lab” blog post consistently drove form submissions, helping convert traffic into potential sales opportunities. These measurable outcomes demonstrate the strategy's effectiveness in driving organic growth, engaging users, and generating leads.

Our collaboration started with case studies so Kate and the team dived into our business and clients. We had multiple interviews where we presented our past projects and challenges that we resolved for our clients.

I must say that although our projects were in very different business fields, they were able to understand every aspect of them and convert each 1-hour interview into a perfect case study in an astonishing storytelling style that is ready to be published. I never have any corrections – they are extremely attentive to the details.

After a couple of case studies successfully written by Zmist & Copy, they had enough background about our company and were ready to present a content strategy plan, write content, and structure multiple landing pages based on the SEO search words that are beneficial for our business. Additionally, they assist our designers to make sure that we present the content accurately

Our project is still ongoing, but we already have increased our traffic and finally our website started generating leads – previously we didn't have any leads. Additionally, the well-structured case studies help us to get more sales than before because now we can show our past projects as an interesting story :) 

As a side-effect, it is also easier to hire new engineers because they see our technical challenges and know that they will work with interesting teams on challenging projects

Sometimes I was able to give them more content, sometimes less and it was always easy to find the golden ratio – we never had any issues with our workflow.

As a business founder, the last thing I need is to do micromanagement. Additionally, the quality of deliverables is the top priority for me. So these needs perfectly align with the way Kate and their team built their work process :)

I can tell you that Kate's involvement was truly invaluable to me. I had been facing challenges finding seasoned copywriters who could deliver high-quality content for our niche. 

Moreover, we were constrained by tight schedules and budgets, making it impractical to recruit and train new in-house writers. Under these circumstances, the team's expertise and efficiency were precisely what we required.
