I'm the founder and CEO of PairMee, a company that connects people who are heading from the same place to the same destination so they can find each other easily and share a ride.

What challenge were you trying to address with ZipLyne?

I'm a non-technical founder, so I built a lot with AI, but I needed help figuring out and fixing my unknowns, blind spots, and backend security issues. I was ready for marketing, but I wasn't confident enough in my product.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I've shown the before and after to many of my friends, and everyone has told me there's been a big improvement. Everything has made more sense in the overall experience of the app. ZipLyne has done some things from scratch, so I had nothing before them, like the website itself.Factually, after the new design, it has been easier for me to pitch the product to partners and close pilot deals. I've closed five pilot deals in one month after working with ZipLyne; before, I had none.Moreover, people have found the website and landed in the app. I had no users before who found out about the app. Now, I have around 30 users, and I'm expecting the number to go substantially higher as I close the partner pilots.

How did ZipLyne perform from a project management standpoint?

ZipLyne's project management has been better than I could ever ask for. The team is super professional, on time, and delivers much higher value than I thought or imagined. The service and attitude are very professional and results-oriented, exactly how I like it. There's no fluff; the team is straight to the point. Whatever is bad, they tell me, fix it, and build it differently and better.We communicate via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

ZipLyne's fast delivery and ability to solve and handle my unknowns have been impressive. The team has fixed some things I didn't even know were broken; I'm happy they did it before users found the issues themselves.

I’m the co-founder of PatientPartner, a digital health platform that connects patients with mentors who have similar medical experiences. We provide personalized support and data-driven insights to improve patient engagement and adherence for pharmaceutical and medical device companies.

What challenge were you trying to address with ZipLyne?

We needed to rebuild our platform from end to end to continue improving the overall UX and scale to match the growth we were experiencing. We also needed to be able to be utilized by a larger user count and be compliant with B2B enterprise customers.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ZipLyne managed every aspect of the entire project from start to finish, including the rebuild, designs, implementation, and collaboration with our team and contractors. They owned and delivered every single aspect of the project with minimal oversight. The team rebuilt everything, including the signup flow, the way users engage, a phone feature added on top of our integrated chat features, the notifications that get sent between users, the administrative dashboard our internal team uses, and the reporting and analytics dashboards.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

All of our metrics increased by a minimum of 20%–30% across the board. Our overall engagement between users increased by over 30%, including the messages they sent back and forth with one another, thanks to the improvements ZipLyne made to the notifications process. The usage of the administrative dashboard by our customers for their reporting and analytics went up by almost 50%. We also saw an increase in the number of users, downloads, and interactions they had on their dashboards, as well as the time they spent on the platform overall. We tracked these improvements through analytics tools and internal reporting.

How did ZipLyne perform from a project management standpoint?

Working with Isaac and the ZipLyne team was exceptional from start to finish. He felt like a direct extension of our internal team, collaborating at all hours and delivering every milestone on schedule. He anticipated needs we hadn't even considered, made improvements we didn't think of, and essentially took ownership of the entire rebuild. The final delivery was flawless—there were no issues, no problems, nothing that failed. It couldn't have been more perfect.

What did you find most impressive about them?

ZipLyne felt like an extension of our team. They took on the entire project with minimal oversight and direction and intuitively knew everything that needed to happen from the basic information we provided. They jumped in on every aspect, working together with our team, navigating our internal environments, and considering the needs and desires of our customers.
