What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I had a vision of a morning workflow for an AM. I wanted the opening screen to have an end-to-end flow of how to handle players and the ability to sort with all sorts of data like spending and game data. Once I saw the flow an AM would have from the opening screen to finishing a player, as well as the different data reads, it was good enough for MVP purposes. I'm open to working further on the development.

ZipLyne delivered on time and never had an issue making adjustments based on my feedback. We communicated via virtual meetings.

I loved how polished the interface was. It didn't look like an MVP; it looked user-friendly.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ZipLyne has built a wide range of systems for our clients, including project management dashboards, full underwriting systems, vendor management and procurement platforms, and construction back-office administration tools.One standout project was an end-to-end shipping and receiving platform. It connected shipping and receiving, sales, dispatch, and accounts payable into a single system, so every order was tracked from material receiving through on-site delivery to final payment. It also included a dispatch optimization engine for a fleet of more than 15 trucks. The engine assigned orders to trucks, generated the best route for each driver, and adjusted routes in real time as conditions changed. These are just a few that come to mind.

We needed to rebuild our platform from end to end to continue improving the overall UX and scale to match the growth we were experiencing. We also needed to be able to be utilized by a larger user count and be compliant with B2B enterprise customers.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ZipLyne managed every aspect of the entire project from start to finish, including the rebuild, designs, implementation, and collaboration with our team and contractors. They owned and delivered every single aspect of the project with minimal oversight. The team rebuilt everything, including the signup flow, the way users engage, a phone feature added on top of our integrated chat features, the notifications that get sent between users, the administrative dashboard our internal team uses, and the reporting and analytics dashboards.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

All of our metrics increased by a minimum of 20%–30% across the board. Our overall engagement between users increased by over 30%, including the messages they sent back and forth with one another, thanks to the improvements ZipLyne made to the notifications process. The usage of the administrative dashboard by our customers for their reporting and analytics went up by almost 50%. We also saw an increase in the number of users, downloads, and interactions they had on their dashboards, as well as the time they spent on the platform overall. We tracked these improvements through analytics tools and internal reporting.

How did ZipLyne perform from a project management standpoint?

Working with Isaac and the ZipLyne team was exceptional from start to finish. He felt like a direct extension of our internal team, collaborating at all hours and delivering every milestone on schedule. He anticipated needs we hadn't even considered, made improvements we didn't think of, and essentially took ownership of the entire rebuild. The final delivery was flawless—there were no issues, no problems, nothing that failed. It couldn't have been more perfect.

a huge amount of conversion increase as well as visitors to the site 

AI search became the highest converting channel on the site: 41 sessions from ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity produced 38 conversions, a 92% rate and roughly 18x the site average.

WhatsApp became the number one booking path with 110 click throughs from 58 users in 28 days, alongside 103 inquiry form starts.

Grew the site from a handful of pages to 488 service by hotel pages covering 120+ Riviera Maya hotels, plus cenote, location, guide and multilingual pages. 218,500 Search Console impressions in 90 days.

Reached position 1 to 2 on Google for the category head terms what is a cenote and cenote meaning, ahead of every competing dive operator.
