I’m the co-founder of PatientPartner, a digital health platform that connects patients with mentors who have similar medical experiences. We provide personalized support and data-driven insights to improve patient engagement and adherence for pharmaceutical and medical device companies.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with ZipLyne?

We needed to rebuild our platform from end to end to continue improving the overall UX and scale to match the growth we were experiencing. We also needed to be able to be utilized by a larger user count and be compliant with B2B enterprise customers.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

ZipLyne managed every aspect of the entire project from start to finish, including the rebuild, designs, implementation, and collaboration with our team and contractors. They owned and delivered every single aspect of the project with minimal oversight. The team rebuilt everything, including the signup flow, the way users engage, a phone feature added on top of our integrated chat features, the notifications that get sent between users, the administrative dashboard our internal team uses, and the reporting and analytics dashboards.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

All of our metrics increased by a minimum of 20%–30% across the board. Our overall engagement between users increased by over 30%, including the messages they sent back and forth with one another, thanks to the improvements ZipLyne made to the notifications process. The usage of the administrative dashboard by our customers for their reporting and analytics went up by almost 50%. We also saw an increase in the number of users, downloads, and interactions they had on their dashboards, as well as the time they spent on the platform overall. We tracked these improvements through analytics tools and internal reporting.

How did ZipLyne perform from a project management standpoint?

Working with Isaac and the ZipLyne team was exceptional from start to finish. He felt like a direct extension of our internal team, collaborating at all hours and delivering every milestone on schedule. He anticipated needs we hadn't even considered, made improvements we didn't think of, and essentially took ownership of the entire rebuild.
