I’m the owner of Rudax Technologies Private Limited. We develop websites and applications, and we provide digital marketing services.

What challenge were you trying to address with ZETRIXWEB INFOTECH LLP?

We needed to develop an Android application for a client, and we didn’t have those kinds of resources in-house. Hiring developers would’ve been too expensive, so we decided to find an external provider.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve worked on 12–13 client projects with ZETRIXWEB so far. For the first project, we outsourced the entire Android and API development to them. We used Laravel PHP on the backend, as per their suggestion.

Our project manager coordinates with Janak (CTO), and their team is made up of 1–2 Android developers, two testers, and two UI designers.

We posted a job on Upwork and got quotes from multiple companies. ZETRIXWEB was the most professional and cost-effective team out of those.

The cost varies depending on the client’s requirements. Our most recent project with them cost $6,500 and ran for three months.

We started working with ZETRIXWEB in July 2017 and it’s ongoing. We’re currently working with them on our own products.

One of the apps they developed got more than one million downloads in the first three months, and it has a 4.1-star rating on Google Play. We achieved this without any paid marketing. They complete everything within the time and cost estimates on all our projects.

How did ZETRIXWEB INFOTECH LLP perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate mainly through Skype and phone calls. We have a group with their developers and CTO, and myself and my project manager on our side. The collaboration is working smoothly, and we can call them to resolve any hurdles.

They’re highly professional and their understanding of the work is excellent. Janak has very good knowledge of UI/UX design and Android development.

I don’t have any suggestions — they’re performing very well.

The app is a contact tracing app. It notifies someone if a person with COVID-19 has come in contact with them. For example, if you were to get COVID-19, the app can help you identify who you came in contact with. 

They used Swift for iOS and Kotlin for Android.

I worked with four people – two for Android and two for iOS.

We began working together around March 2020, and our relationship is ongoing.

They’re excellent, and I would hire them if I need another mobile app developed. They work quickly and efficiently. I’m very satisfied.

They never give up. The task for this app is very challenging, and they work hard to get it done.
