Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

• To deliver a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software system (customised cloud based VMO and GP relationship management system
• The CRM system will replace VMO and GP engagement activities which were previously contained within Salesforce and a multitude of event management systems, spreadsheets and other processes which are currently manually undertaken
• Implementing a CRM will drive long-term efficiencies, enhance stakeholder engagement, and support future hospital growth

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Improve efficiency and possible data loss by replacing manual stakeholder contact management with a CRM 
• Automate event management to free up resources and remove reliance on unsupported platforms 
• Store relationship data and corporate intelligence in a centralised system to mitigate risk when caregivers leave SJGHC 
• Deliver coordinated targeted, structured, measured and data driven GP engagement (replacing ad-hoc manual efforts)  
• Implement structured data driven VMO recruitment processes to assist in future hospital growth and positive onboarding experiences

Zertain were very responsive with any issues and queries we had at all stages of the project, they delivered everything that was promised and went over and above to ensure we were satisfied with the product which was complex and required more effort on their behalf. There was never an answer 'no', everything was possible and they achieved a lot in a short period of time,

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Great communication, always willing to help and couldn’t do enough to make sure we were satisfied with the product at each stage.  

Having access to developers to ask questions and request changes has been fantastic. The quick turn around has also been a stand out!

Are there any areas for improvement or something Zertain could have done differently?

No, I cant think of anything, we were very impressed!
