Mohammed and his team helped us with the launch of our new business, Doodah Mats. The work included designing and developing our website, setting up our online presence, SEO and performance marketing. They also assisted with making changes and improvements to the website as we worked through the launch and got the business up and running.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As a new business, we are still in the early stages, but the project has successfully taken us from an idea through to having a fully functioning website and online store. We have now launched, started our digital marketing and have already received our first sales. Mohammed and his team have continued to make improvements as we go and have been very responsive whenever we need something changed.

Mohammed has been excellent to deal with throughout the whole process. Communication has been really good and he is always available when we need him. If we ask for something to be changed or have a new idea, he listens, understands what we are trying to achieve and gets onto it quickly. Everything has been delivered when promised and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble. For us, that level of communication and responsiveness has probably been the best part of working with him and his team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What has impressed us most is how personally invested Mohammed has been in helping us get the business off the ground. It doesn’t feel like we are just another client. He genuinely cares about what we are trying to achieve and is always happy to offer ideas, advice and help beyond what we originally asked for. He’s very approachable, easy to work with and we’ve built a really good relationship with him. That personal level of service has definitely stood out for us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Zero to Nine Marketing could have done differently?

At this stage, there’s honestly nothing significant we would change. We’re a new business and there have obviously been things we’ve worked through and adjusted along the way, but whenever something has come up, Mohammed and his team have been quick to sort it out. We’ve been very happy with the service and the relationship we’ve built with them.

Their work covered the full SEO lifecycle: deep keyword research and a consistent content publishing schedule, continuous on-page optimization including titles, meta descriptions, internal linking, and alt-text, and white-hat link building through targeted blogger outreach and guest posting. 

On the technical side, they resolved indexing issues, fixed crawl errors via Google Search Console, streamlined site architecture, and maintained sub-2-second load times through regular performance audits. 

They also implemented Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies, structured data, conversational keyword targeting, and authoritative content formats to ensure the brand appeared in AI-generated search results across platforms like Google SGE and Copilot.

• Unlocked multiple revenue streams such as AdSense, template bundle sales, and custom orders by the end of year one.

The ZerotoNine team was highly professional. They sent monthly content approvals before the start of the month and monthly reports at the end of the month to ensure everything that is committed is delivered properly, as well as on time.

For Content deliveries, we initially used Google Drive, but later on, the system was set on Trello for proper management of the work. 

In times of server breakdown or technical issues, they were always available even in non-office hours.

The most unique thing about the company was that they always went the extra mile and gave us proper guidance, even for non-subscribed marketing activities.
