Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Marketing Coordinator for Lucia Landscaping, a premier landscaping company in the Metro Detroit area. We handle all yard maintenance tasks, as well as hardscape & landscape design & commercial snow removal. I also manage the marketing for our sister companies, Lakeside Lighting & Irrigation & Lakeside Construction Group.

For what projects/services did your company hire Zeoli Media, and what were your goals?

We hired Zeoli Media to create monthly videos for us highlighting our company, our range of services, our finished products and our team. Our goal was to have a constant rotation of seasonal videos to use used for marketing purposes, social media & recruitment in order to keep top of mind awareness with clients & potential recruits.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found Zeoli Media via word of mouth & were impressed with their work & their ability to work closely with us to craft the product we were looking for.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

Generally, each video we start with a broad outline & talk to Jordan about the content & feeling we're looking for. We schedule a few days to shoot some of our sites. Jordan then puts together a first draft for us to view & critique. He is able to then, very rapidly, make the changes we requested, and deliver us a final draft. Whether we gave him a detailed outline to start with a a very broad statement about a feeling we wanted to capture, they were always able to deliver.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with Jordan & his communication was always impeccable, he also responded quickly with any questions or critiques we had. He was always very open to receiving our feedback, as well as offering his own when needed.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All of the videos created so far do a wonderful job of showing off the work that our team does. Not only that, but they capture the feeling we're looking for, which is very different from video to video. Our Snow Night Video has been the most epic (& viewed) to date among clients, colleagues & team member.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Jordan has always been very easy to get a hold of by phone, email or text. If he is unavailable he responds back promptly. He was also excellent about keeping me abreast of his schedule when he knew that we would be scheduling shoots.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Zeoli Media has been able to work seamlessly with our entire team in many environments from dusty 95 degree days shooting patios, to late nights shooting outdoor lighting, to 0 degree early mornings shooting our Snow Team. No matter the environment, the videos are always beautiful.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing I can think of at this time.

I am the President of a glazing contracting business. We install glass and framing in all sectors of the construction industry.

We had several newly completed projects that we wanted to add to our website. We hired Zeoli Media to photograph and take drone video footage of the buildings.

We chose this vendor because of the quality of work and the professional and prompt response to our time line.

We had a list of projects to be photographed. Zeoli Media contacted the building owners to get the appropriate permissions to photograph the buildings. We consulted as to the best times to have the photos done. Zeoli Media completed the photography and sent us the files to approve and select.

We worked with the owner of the company.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We use our website to show our scope of work, we have had requests for information about our photographer from our vendors and customers.

The work flow was efficient and timely.

The most impressive was the quality of work.
