This resulted in a sales increase of 17%, higher ratings in app stores, and attracted new users.

ZeniLab's project management was generally effective. They demonstrated a good understanding of our needs and requirements and were proactive in providing solutions. However, there were a few instances where technical updates led to slight delays in the timeline. Despite these occasional delays, the team was always communicative about the status of the project and made sure to keep us updated. They were highly responsive to our needs and always sought to address any concerns or feedback we had promptly and effectively. Overall, the project management was handled professionally.

What set Zenilab apart was their deep expertise in AI, particularly in Augmented Reality. Their professionalism in delivering a technically demanding project while maintaining high-quality standards was truly impressive.

Sometimes there were occasional communication issues during the project. The details of technical updates or challenges were not relayed as clearly as they could have been, which led to minor misunderstandings. In the future, more consistent and detailed communication, particularly about technical aspects, would help to ensure everyone is on the same page and can respond effectively to any issues that arise. Overall, however, we were very satisfied with the work ZeniLab did for us.

User feedback was overwhelmingly positive, further validating the tool's usability and the quality of AI-generated content. These outcomes collectively showcase the project's successful fulfillment of its objectives.

ZeniLab demonstrated commendable project management throughout our collaboration. They successfully delivered all components of the project on schedule, maintaining excellent communication throughout the process. What challenge were you trying to address with ZeniLab?

We needed help with mobile app development. We needed developers who had experience working with AI for both front- and backend.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We work with ZeniLab on different mobile development projects. ZeniLab has provided us support with an AI-powered application that helps users paraphrase applications. ZeniLab is currently working on another app that helps companies create a scope of work and documentation for agencies based on the call recording. When users speak to a client, the app feeds the recording to the AI and creates the documentation.

We do the apps’ design and provide ZeniLab with the full design. ZeniLab then develops the app and has built applications for Android and iOS devices.

We work with eight teammates from ZeniLab on and off.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

ZeniLab has created a simple and functional solution. ZeniLab is good at finding creative solutions that save resources. We had an original budget of $300,000, and ZeniLab, we’ve spent $180,000 so far. ZeniLab is transparent and doesn’t overcharge us. 

How did ZeniLab perform from a project management standpoint?

ZeniLab is ahead of deadlines by 30%. We use monday.com for our internal project management, and ZeniLab has joined us on that platform. ZeniLab is an excellent communicator, and we use Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Jira. I like that ZeniLab can switch to our platforms of choice. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m most impressed with ZeniLab’s creativity. They come up with easier solutions than I expect, which has been a game-changer for our company.

I’d suggest ZeniLab offer web development solutions too.
