Our cooperation is based on a permanent recruitment model. Thanks to their fast and effective actions, we have already hired more than a dozen specialists. So far, through Your ITeams, we have mainly hired experienced Frontend Developers (React). The cooperation is growing constantly and promises well for the future.

I’m an executive at a Salesforce consulting and implementation company. We’re based in Germany.

What challenge were you trying to address with Your ITeams?

We’re always extending our workbench with partners, and in this case, Your ITeams is one of our partners that helps us, especially when it comes to Saleforce customization and development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We work on several projects together with Your ITeams. Their developers do everything from development and testing to customer calls, so we involve them in workshops and customer meetings, such as rollout meetings, and others. 

For one project, we tasked them with developing and implementing a Gantt chart in Saleforce and implementing it. Hence, we touched mainly on the Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, and Experience Cloud. We also used JavaScript.

As for the workflow, we usually speak to them about the tasks, and we work closely together throughout the project. The projects always begin with the requirements, and then we speak with one of their department managers to discuss all of the requirements.

What is the team composition?

We have three people from their team who are working on different projects. We’re also in touch with their CEO and a project manager from their team.

We worked with one of their co-owners before.

How much have you invested in them?

We’ve spent between €30,000–€50,000 (approximately $32,000–$53,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with them in April 2022, and it is an ongoing partnership.

Your ITeams is doing such a great job so far, which is why we’re taking the time today to leave them a review because they’re a really great company.

All in all, if we’re going to measure the success of the engagement in numbers, I’ll give them a perfect score. Their team is always on point, and they deliver quality outputs earlier than expected at a great price.

How did Your ITeams perform from a project management standpoint?

We have great communication with their project managemen team. We have daily calls and weekly meetings and are always in touch with them. For project management, we mainly use Jira and GitHub. For communication, we interact via Slack, email, Google Chat, and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I like the fact that they’re always available to help us, even on weekends. I’m not someone who likes to involve people on the weekends, but if needed, they are always there, which I really appreciate.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything that Your ITeams needs to improve on now. I’ll let them know if I think of one.

Just give Your ITeams a call — they do their job really well, and their prices are good.

I am a Senior Manager at a software development and production company, providing consulting with vast experience in the financial and telco industries. We are proud of our long-standing cooperation with the Big Four clients.

The project, on which we are supported by Your ITeams developers, consists in the maintenance and development of a deployed Salesforce CRM system, for a top telco client, according to SCRUM methodology.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We are committed to working with partners who, like us, value quality and maintain a high level of professionalism. We rely on the best programmers on the market, and such are offered by Your ITeams. Fast availability and efficient communication are also a definite advantage.

We are currently at the maintenance phase of the already deployed solution, involving production defect fixing under SLA terms and incremental deliveries of new functionalities within subsequent sprints.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We started with the support of one senior Salesforce developer, but over the course of the work we began to expand the team with more. Number of resources in a certain period depends heavily on the demand from our telco customer, at the moment we cooperate with two developers from the vendor's team, one senior and one junior.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The key for this project is to ensure that the CRM system works efficiently and effectively for the organization by continuously developing and improving its functionality. Currently, the project is still in progress, while everything is moving in the right direction. After evaluating our services in 2022, our customer extended the engagement for 2023 on indefinite terms.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their developers seamlessly blended into our team, being perceived by other team members as our actual hires, the communication is super effective. Also we have a very good relation with their account manager who is responsive, proactive and very flexible about our needs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are good at listening to their clients' needs and aptly matching them with the best solution. They know their employees and they are knowledgeable and experienced in the IT industry, so they know how to combine this so that the client gets the desired result. A great advantage is the quality they offer, while maintaining attractive rates, and the quick availability of specialists, which is extremely important (especially for ongoing projects).

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't think I can point to any one thing at the moment. So far, our cooperation clarifies itself as smooth and based on partnership principles.
