So I met Young Decade and then had a lot of meeting before finalization of the scope of the project. as my project is one of the biggest project they did. As I deal in several sectors so the requirement was very big.

To start with anyonesmarket.com deals in everything . So I asked them to make a website and a mobile application for me. My particular requirement was to cover each and every section like the vehicles selling and then most important property selling, Property giving on rental, Hotels Booking etc. Key deliverables:

• Server support so that my website and application should not stop

Project is still in development, But overall major things are done. Only very very small things are left. Measurable outcome is this that now my all customers are very happy as they got one single platform where they can see and can do all the stuff at one place only.

I am working 4 more projects with them. me and my customers all are happy. Just my customers re keep asking more things to integrate in the website as well as in the application

We did alot of calls. A project manager was assigned to me for my project it self and a team of testers were given to me. Every feature was completely documented, and test cases were properly created. Yes they did deliver items on time. Even few things are now more discussed for new phases so I hope new things also will be delivered on time.

I ask them to give me codes, they provided me codes too. my code is now approved any audited too. Each and every need when given by them is properly verified, I am so happy as I invested huge amount of money.

Unique about them is that everything is well documented. I was really worried as in big projects things get messy if features are not documented. I am huge fan of their test cases and the documentation.

Items were delivered as per the agreed timeline . The project approach was structured , with regular check-ins and effective communication regarding our needs. 

In terms of Project Management , the performance was very nice as they were using their inhouse software name as timechamp and on that software each and everything was submitted like the bugs and the updates . so that project management tool timechamp was very nice . I never had any problem in communication .  

As Young Decade is from IT background so they are expert in it , So In terms of Project Management I never faced any problem . Only faced in the arabic language as that was a toughest task to do in the application , But any how that was also done . It took little time but some how it got was also done .
