What does your business do and what is your role at your company?

The company is an original technology company with independent research and development of "Data-Driven Codeless Digital Twins Fusion Engine" as its core product, focusing on the research, development and sales of digital Twins products. As the core technology of digital transformation, the company has been selected by China Electronics Standardization Institute to participate in the formulation of digital Twins national standard. It has obtained dozens of relevant technical patents and other qualifications.

What is the main reason you hired the service provider?

1. Our company looked for Youdao Culture and Media (Dalian) Co., Ltd. to make a financing plan to address this weak content.

The service provider mainly helped us make the business plan. In the process, the company found the materials we did not learn about, sorted out the business model, analyzed the pain points of the project, made project solutions and prepared the overall project content. The cooperation process is to place orders on Zhu Bajie platform, then make payment, sign contracts, establish project groups, fill in questionnaires and communicate with each other at Tencent meetings. After communication, the company gave the project mapping outline, made the first draft according to the determined style and modified the first draft in the late stage until we were satisfied. Finally, we applied for acceptance on the Zhu Bajie platform and they gave us the source documents.

At that time, we chose the Director's version. There were four teachers in the group who served us, one was the Project Manager who responsible for early communication, one was the main Director teacher, one was responsible for data and materials search and the last one was responsible for design.

We found the service provider on the Zhubajie platform, which was in the several top ranking. After reading the details page, we felt the company was more professional. And it was indeed professional with the same effect we saw on the platform after communicating with its project manager.

The project had been completed in November, 2021.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed me the most was that our company combined with the ways of online and offline project management. They included other contents at the same time as well. It was difficult to express the business mode especially. After learning about our requirements, the service provider helped us sort out this part and drew it in the form of graphic combination, which was very clear to understand.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be better to set up a branch in Changsha city, so we could have a Face-to-face communication to talk about the strategic cooperation.
