I'm the director of Code & Visual, an award-winning creative digital agency based in Sydney, Australia. We specialize in high-performance web development, mobile and game apps, and immersive gamification.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with You Exist — UX?

We needed support developing a UX foundation for the website of a medical clinical trials client.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

You Exist — UX worked collaboratively with our team and the client to extract key information about the project's true purpose, the key values for all stakeholders, and how to deliver value for all different audience types, including to propel business goals.They generated processes to extract the project's true requirements from the client through a series of workshops, data analysis, synthesis, and interviews. You Exist — UX delivered a well-structured report outlining the UX strategy and then assembled highly detailed UX wireframes that could be expanded upon to create the final UI designs. The team also provided prototypes, user testing, and documentation.

How did you come to work with You Exist — UX?

We have a long-standing relationship with You Exist — UX, working with them on various projects over the years. We chose them because they have great, in-depth UX experience and a long history of providing good results.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from October 2024–February 2025.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We received positive client feedback on the wireframes and our strategic UX direction, with participant submissions increasing tremendously upon the sites relaunch. We also had a positive internal review.

How did You Exist — UX perform from a project management standpoint?

You Exist — UX delivered on time and was very structured and methodical, with clear expectations of what was to be delivered and when. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed by their attention to detail and passionate approach to the process, which showed in their very considered and conscientious approach and outcomes that exemplified user-first thinking, leading to an end product the client could see and appreciate the value in.
