I am the business manager of a promotional merchandise company specialising in custom made badges.

As an SME operating an ecommerce website we have sought expertise across our online operation. This has included help with the launch of a new website, ongoing technical appraisal of our online presence, review of our website content, advice on social media and paid online advertising.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for a company that we could trust and that would be interested in a long-term business relationship.

We began with a review of our current online presence, the effectiveness of our internet marketing, and the opportunities for improving our ecommerce website. We then had meetings during which we collaboratively identified key targets and priorities, such as resolving specific errors, fixing poor page implementations, and improving the appearance of specific pages in search results. We were then given insight into the granular tasks that Yeseo would complete and the coordination with tasks that we needed to complete.

Andrew worked with us personally, and also coordinated the help given by other specialists such as content creators.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Progress was well communicated through reports which showed improvements in SERP for key search terms. Dramatic reduction in errors associated with website also shown in reports. Specific project goals and the completion of work also well measured and communicated.

The project management and communication of progress has been one of the most pleasing parts of the work with Yeseo. We have even started to use some of their ideas within our own business processes to improve project coordination and communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I think that it is rare to find a company that has such broad expertise but who can also deliver perfectly tailored solutions to our particular business needs. Their willingness to listen and to work with us in an individual way is really fantastic. The approach is also very human!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can't really offer a suggestion here :-)

I’m the owner of a holiday rental business; we have cottages, barns, as well as a couple of dutch barges.

We have our own website, and we needed someone who could keep on top of our Google rankings and increase our placement.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Yeseo handles our online presence and Google Analytics. They provide us with SEO services, social media management, and some web development. In terms of SEO, we work closely on keyword research.

I work predominantly with Andrew (Managing Director & Senior SEO Lead).

How did you come to work with Yeseo?

We’ve been working together for about six years.

So far, we’ve spent in the region of £75,000–£100,000 (approximately $99,000–$132,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around January 2016, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Thanks to Yeseo’s efforts, our conversions and traffic consistently increase. They hold the statistics for me, and we meet weekly to go over them. Additionally, they’re very interactive with me and understand that I don’t understand SEO.

How did Yeseo perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re spot-on from a project management standpoint; I don’t have any issues with them whatsoever. The team is there for me when I need them. We use Trello and communicate through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed by the level of honesty and clarity that I have with Yeseo. They communicate very clearly; there’s never anything hidden, and we have a very open relationship. My previous provider didn’t know what they were doing compared to Yeseo. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they need to improve. If I had any issues, I wouldn’t still be working with them this many years down the line.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be pushy — I’m pushy! Yeseo has told me that many clients don’t ask for much. However, I have high expectations.

Yeseo were recommended to us many years ago and we had a meeting with them to see if we could work together. We found that they were very easy to get along with and were very knowledgeable in their field. We wanted someone that we could work alongside rather than just go off and do the work.

They have prepared blogs, SEO management reports and we have regular meetings to discuss future plans. Work also included: PPC campaigns with Google and Facebook. Wordpress background work and building of websites General SEO support.

Since implementing this SEO work we are ranking on page 1 of Google for many relevant keywords. We have had many compliments about our websites and how they appeal to those that read them.

They have been great with communications, we have a Whataspp chat set up, monthly meetings and use email for communication too. Whenever we have a question we often get a reply within an hour or two.

Their level of professionalism and knowledge is second to none. They keep up to date with all the products we use and advise us of changes wherever necessary. They are pro-active and often come to the table with new ideas. We highly recommend to others.

Nothing really, we are very happy with their services. We highly recommend to others.
