We wanted to convert our business process with Zoho CRM where we use leads, customers, and deals modules. We wanted to design our sales pipeline with CRM using different stages to track the deals and revenue within our organization.

They define different milestones to achieve the final result. They communicate with us via meetings and understand what we want to implement with Zoho for our business process. They have provided demo from time to time and we provided feedback to improve our process. They were amazing in the demo.

Based on meetings on a regular basis, they demo all the features they implemented from time to time. Their communication was the key to finishing this project on time. They were very proactive in terms of communication.

We were looking for low code platform where we can define out business process and we found Zoho creator app which fulfill our requirement. We wanted to automate our business process with CRM and provide limited access to our sales team based on their roles and permission. 

Yellow Monkey explained how we can achieve out goal by using Zoho CRM with Creator and we were impressed to go ahead with them. We got expected result from their service where they implement our whole business process with Zoho CRM and Creator. Even they provided additional support which we really liked to continue working with them in future.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As we wanted to have our business process automated, we received their response from time to time while they were doing the implementation. We got enough chance to test whatever they implemented for us. When email notification comes with templates, they were presented with few templates but we didn't like them so we ask them to go through our service portfolio and design according to that. 

Then they were able to send outstanding and professional email templates for our services. Our team was very happy with their deliverables at final stage.

Initially they were bit slow but that's acceptable because we go back and forth to let them understand about our business process for initial one month period. Then based on milestone they have defined and delivered, they were outstanding, we got every milestone completed on defined date with training in advance. 

To manage this project, they have assigned one Zoho Developer and direct contact with founder and he took everything in professional way till we get our final delivery. Every Friday, we were having standup to check the progress with them and we feel comfortable with their process and progress.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We found they were very professional in terms of their implementation process, progress, and communication. They way they have given us the demo about what they have implemented, that was key factor why we really impressed with their working style. We have added few things additionally where they were not in the original scope but they never raise any concern for those extra implementation.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Yellow Monkey Tech, LLP could have done differently?

As far as we know, no major improvements are needed. We have the outstanding experience working with them so far and we will continue working with them for further enhancement in existing implementation. We highly recommend Yellow Monkey for Zoho implementation.

We have been looking Zoho consultant to implement Zoho for our organization and we found Yellow Monkey Tech, LLP as Zoho development firm. Mr. Haresh was having solid expertise with Zoho and implementation so we explain following implementation.

• Lead generation and Sales automation process
• CRM to implement different workflows with our business process
• Donor portal with creator where we accept donation for our NGO firm
• Zoho books integration with Stripe and CRM for payment and accounting purpose.

Based on above scope of work, he provided us detailed plan of action how they can help us to implement Zoho One for our organization. After our approval and final discussion about the implementation. They have started working on the Zoho implementation and provided all the items which I have mentioned above as deliverable and we started using Zoho One in our Organization fully.

• Project Management: Initially, there few more meeting happened because we keep changing the scope of the work and they have to return with few more approach to implement Zoho One for our business process. Then we communicate as needed to test the work and give approval for further implementation.
• Delivery: Excellent delivery strategy they had with us. They understood each corner of our project and deliver in chunks and modules so we got enough time to test and provide them our feedback. This was the best part which I came across through our the implementation.
• Respond: 2 times they were not available to join the virtual meeting but later they clarified they had some issues with communication and that was genuine reason I found. Apart from this, all went well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Well, from starting they given more value to our project and implement every items step by steps without having any bugs in the implementation. They provided us enough time after module delivered and we tested it. Few iterations happened but that was acceptable as it was bit complex workflow and implementation which we wanted for our business process. They were very responsive and delivered excellent work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Yellow Monkey Tech, LLP could have done differently?

Yes, if they add more resources in their company, that will be great asset for them because their team is small and if they get more clients in future, then of course they will have to increase their team of resources. Apart from this, they are fantastic in Zoho implementation services.

We were using some CRM systems for our business process where we start facing some issues to have modern and advanced level features, specially workflows and automation. We wanted to leverage more and advanced level of CRM features in our organization. We found Yellow Monkey Tech, LLP and they understood our business process, then they suggest ZOHO CRM implementation. We did some research from our end to make sure we are going on right track. We realize the ZOHO CRM which is suggested by Yellow Monkey, that was perfect for our business process. Then, they implement whole CRM system for us with Zoho platform.

We got the quote from other vendors also when we decide to go with Yellow Monkey's suggested Zoho CRM. But, the way they present demo and ready to train our users, we thought they are the one we need for our Zoho implementation. Their cost was also fair compare to other vendors which we realize to make our final decision to go ahead with them.

This implementation mainly include our business process to manage Leads, Clients, Contacts, Deals, Quote, Sales Orders, Invoices, Contracts with our own workflow and automation. We decide to implement Zoho in phases so we can test all features easily and mark them as green light to go with next one. Every time, they come up with more suggestions which we really liked to implement. They provided better training on each phase as they developed and give us the demo. At the end, they were ready to provide post support with fair contract and we were ready to continue with them. They have implemented Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Campaign, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Contract and Zoho Desk.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After Zoho implementation done and they provided training to our staff, we were very happy to use Zoho CRM for our business process. It increases more than 50% of our productivity to manage leads and clients for our business. We are going to continue some more Zoho applications implementation with them for sure after we saw the results.

They have communicated with us twice in a week to understand our business process and they come up with implementation and training in next week. We saw a good followup from them for any questions which we had and they always provided better solution with Zoho implementation for us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They way they implement all features which we require and most important is their availability. When we ask them to visit our office, they were always there for us and give us better understanding for each phase and implementation. We found their working style is bit better compare to over vendors, they never give us false promises, they were always give us the right direction about how to use different features with Zoho platform.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There were some UAT happen and we found few things need to change, I like this specially so much because they never asked additional cost for those few things which normally other vendors ask.
