Yosif worked in collaboration with an UX designer to help us code our new website. It's not a huge such (hundreds or more pages) but we care about every detail / interaction and pixel on it. Thus, we had to create something custom that he later on had to custom-code.

Feedback from current and new customers.

Their part - yes. The person who was taking care of the UX who they were dependent on - no. That created a bit of friction in the whole project but again - it wasn't Yosif's fault for what happened. He was actually very proactive in searching for ways to catch up on the pending tasks and even when we were asking him for some improvements in out of office hours, he was very responsive.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed by their proactively finding issues that we didn't even see (yet), and that they fixed without even asking for our official permission.

More communication. A few times things were fixed/done and we didn't know about it. We were actually left with the feeling that something was forgotten when it wasn't. However, we weren't informed that this was the case => more communication.

I'm the founder and CEO of an executive, high-performance coaching, therapy, consulting, and strategic R&D company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Y&B Digital?

We needed to build a new website based on a professionally developed brand image and design.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Y&B Digital built the entire structure of our website using Webflow. The team also created various solutions for replicating and being independent once the work on their side is done. (e.g. CMS for various elements like testimonials, articles, team members, and case studies, and others).

We worked with one teammate from Y&B Digital.

How did you come to work with Y&B Digital?

Our brand designer referred Y&B Digital to us. We chose them because they specialized in Webflow, which was one of our main requirements.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $3,000

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together for one month straight (July 2025).

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After publishing the website, we got four new client requests in the first week. The site had easy transitions, which contributed to attracting those new client requests. And our customers feedback was that they found it easy to see what we do and our services.

How did Y&B Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Y&B Digital delivered on time, communicated clearly, did everything we agreed on, and helped load materials and format logos, which was beyond their scope. We communicated via WhatsApp, email, and calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Y&B Digital was just as busy and dedicated as we were. I appreciated their no-fluff work. There were no unnecessary conversations, just focused work and mutual understanding.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could have provided more clarity on what they would do and were doing for my comfort. However, it wasn't a detriment to the work. I just felt some things might fall between the cracks at times, but they didn't.

Y&B helped with the development and completion of a Webflow website, from the Figma designs that we gave them. The target was a very short deadline, with over 30 pages to be built, and they managed to successfully complete the project on time and to a high quality.

All pages were to be developed pixel perfect and responsive by the agreed upon deadline.

They delivered the agreed work on time and also helped implement standardization systems and components in the Webflow site, as well as provided additional training and support.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We created the design (wireframe) on Figma first, and then Y&B Digital developed our website on Webflow. The site has over ten pages, animations, 3D icons, and other design elements and features. The team also integrated cookies, tracking codes, and more.

We found Y&B Digital through a referral. We chose them because they qualified our needs, treated us straightforwardly, and had impeccable planning. Additionally, they offered us the option to have design and web development under the same provider.

We started working together in December 2024, and the project finished in February 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Y&B Digital presented us with specific deliverables, including developing the low-fidelity design on Figma, getting approval, developing high-fidelity designs on Webflow, doing user acceptance testing (UAT), and launching the website. We ended up having a website that was running fast and smoothly.

How did Y&B Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Y&B Digital’s project management was good. They delivered on time and responded well to our needs. We communicated via email and Slack.

We were very happy with the results. Y&B Digital went the extra mile and did things out of scope to deliver the perfect project.
