First CVs within 2–3 days. You receive the first screened candidates so you can start interviewing.
Hiring in 15–30 working days.You interview the candidates and make the final decision. Most positions are filled within this timeframe.
No upfront fees, free replacement. Once you select the right candidate, we sign the contract and take care of onboarding and ongoing support. There are no upfront fees, and we offer a free replacement if the hire isn't the right fit.

We worked with Yael on the development of a complex online registration platform. Their team covered the full development spectrum, including frontend and backend development, project management and QA. Especially in the early stages, Yael was deeply involved in turning a large number of business requirements into a functioning digital platform.
The solution needed to support different user roles, company and user accounts, accreditation and registration processes, validations, approval and status workflows, and the exchange of data with an external industry partner through a dedicated interface. The project required much more than simply building individual screens. Processes and dependencies had to be understood, translated into technical logic, tested across different scenarios and integrated into an existing ecosystem. Yael played an important role in establishing the platform and provided development, integration, testing and project management capabilities throughout this critical phase.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The most important outcome was the successful transformation of previously manual and analogue workflows into an integrated digital process. The platform has been successfully adopted by customers and stakeholders and has become an established part of the operational process.
We did not track a broad set of quantitative KPIs, but the high level of user and stakeholder acceptance, together with the successful transition from analogue to digital workflows, are clear indicators of the project's success.

We were very satisfied with Yael's project management. The team was fast, pragmatic and highly responsive to our needs. They consistently demonstrated a strong service mindset and were willing to adapt quickly whenever priorities or requirements changed.
This was particularly valuable during crunch times, when their flexibility and commitment went well beyond standard working hours. Even in demanding phases, we could rely on the team to respond quickly, solve issues pragmatically and keep things moving.
