I'm the marketing manager at QuickStart. We're leading IT Training providers and Microsoft Gold Learning Partners with over 35 years in Technology Education.

For what projects/services did your company hire Xperti?

We needed to hire Java Developers within US for our bootcamp business. We wanted our own Customer Relationship Management Platform to target our audience with hyper personalized messaging.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

We looked for different IT talent networks and came across Xperti via their social media channel.

We required 5 Java developers to create our customized CRM (Customer Relationship Manager).

We had a SQL based CRM, which was initially developed using core Java. We wanted to upgrade our SQL Database to AWS (Amazon Webservices) Cloud and from a desktop-based application to web based cloud application to store, retrieve and modify our customers' information.

Initial scope of work was to design and develop a web application where we can create, read, update and delete (CRUD) customer information. This exciting CRUD application had to be built using Spring MVC, Angular 6.0, Java, following the Microservices architecture.

By the help of Xperti we were able to match with 4 Java Developers remotely working from Houston, Texas initially and later a lead full stack developer to fulfill our onsite requirement.

We discussed our requirements with our POC at Xperti, Jordan Brown who is the product lead at Xperti, and as part of their process, we were assigned a dedicated seasoned recruiter Saood to fill our requisition.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

We have an in house CRM that has streamlined our customer management cycle and it's proving to be a real success for us in terms of hyper personalized messaging to our prospects.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. Jordan, was very professional and easy to work with. He’s very proactive and the quality of communications was really good.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their candidate screening process is of high quality, it showed experience, skills, and dedication. The quality of developers is real professional.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really, at the beginning they had to learn how we do business and Jordan and Saood made every effort to overcome those hurdles to adapt to our way of doing things.

The app was designed to be user-friendly, intuitive, and visually appealing. It was developed using the latest technologies and was fully optimized for both iOS and Android devices. The app provides buyers and sellers with an online marketplace where they can easily buy and sell goods.

We were assigned 3 developers, one Project Manager, and one Account Manager to help us with our app development.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The app has received a great response from my customers. I've seen a significant increase in engagement and conversions, and the app has helped me reach a wider audience. The app makes it much easier for my customers to buy and sell goods on my platform.

I was impressed with Xperti's communication and project management processes. They always answered my questions and provided regular updates on the project's progress. I would say that Xperti has a good understanding of the project requirements, but communication could be improved.

In the times of this pandemic, we were looking for Telehealth services for our Healthcare professionals.
