Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We wanted to make an AR filter for the launch of a new product, what we were looking for with this was to create a different experience for all our clients and that they could publish it organically on their social networks in order to make the product known to their entire community. 

The key deliverables in this case were that we provided Xnova 360 with a storyboard so that they could understand what we wanted to show. Once they understood our idea, they began to develop it and sent us the advances so that we could make adjustments that we considered, to reach the final deliverable it took around 2 - 3 weeks, it was quite fast for what we thought it would take and the quality of the AR filter was excellent.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

One way to measure the success of this project is through the metrics that the AR filter had, a large number of people have published it on their social networks, publicizing the launch of the new product and generating more traffic on our Instagram page and more positioning to our brand.

The time in which Xnova 360 delivered the project was quite fast and the quality was excellent, more than we would have imagined. They were always open to listening to our doubts and making pertinent project adjustments according to our needs.

What we liked most about this company is that they listened to our ideas and knew how to understand them, the delivery times were faster than we expected, they solved any questions we had, they gave us advice based on their experience and the quality-price ratio was excellent, we would do more projects with them in the future.

I think they did an excellent job from start to finish, everything was excellent and we have no observations.

I’m a producer at an advertising agency in Colombia.

What challenge were you trying to address with Xnova 360?

We had an AR-based development project for one of our client’s Christmas campaign. Because of the client’s internal reasons, we couldn’t launch on Christmas, and the project ended up being a New Year’s message. Xnova helped us accomplish this campaign.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Xnova developed an AR filter for Instagram that users could access by scanning a QR code. Doing so would show them origami cranes moving with messages. We provided their team with the crane’s image that we wanted to see on screen, along with the cards that we sent to our clients. They developed the animation and filter based on these. 

What is the team composition?

I was in direct contact with their producer, their creative director, and an account manager. Our main points of contact were their CEO and one of their developers. 

How did you come to work with Xnova 360?

I found Xnova on Google and liked their website. I also watched videos of some of the projects they did in the past. They adjusted well to what we were looking for, so we engaged them.

We spent about $1,200.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project was started and finished in December 2022.

Our client was happy with the project — they received exactly what they expected. Xnova was able to translate what our client requested into the deliverable. 

How did Xnova 360 perform from a project management standpoint?

We had great communication with Xnova via WhatsApp and Google Meet. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed by their willingness to collaborate and make things work. Our team contacted them in December 2022, which was usually a difficult time since people were starting to go on holiday. The team was receptive and immediately started working on the project.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there weren’t any. Their communication, response time, and work quality are great.

If you’re going to work on a similar project, contact a company that’s willing to work on your project. Check their response time and receptiveness. These are key to success. If the company you find doesn’t have them, find another one. We found these qualities with Xnova.
