Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the marketing director of Pack Line LTD, a world leader in the development and manufacturing of modern packaging equipment. We are located in Tel Aviv, Israel.

For what projects/services did your company hire XMOD, Inc?

Packaging machines are big, so we cannot bring samples with us to trade shows. Photos and blueprints are outdated and not ideal for showcasing our products, so we enlisted XMOD to help us find an alternative solution. 

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a better way to demonstrate the quality of our innovative machines.

A colleague was familiar with XMOD and informed me of their abilities and technology.

XMOD developed a packaging machine simulation for virtual reality.

I’m unsure of the full composition. The company’s owner was our primary point of contact.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The application allowed our customers to “walk” around our machine, inspect it thoroughly, and even take a closer look at the internal mechanisms. This demonstrated the advantages of our engineering capabilities and innovative packaging solutions. 

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project management was professional. They provided regular progress updates and were receptive to our feedback. 

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were most impressed with the quality of the work. XMOD simulated our machine very accurately, taking the smallest details into consideration.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There is nothing they need to improve.

I wanted to improve the home design process with an easy and efficient VR solution.

XMOD, Inc created an interactive VR experience based on architectural drawings of a home, allowing me to experiment with different colors, materials, shapes, and sizes without physically building anything.

What was the team composition?

I had one main point of contact, but I’m not sure how many resources were working in the background.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

XMOD, Inc’s work saved me time and money, setting the foundation for a stress-free process. They outperformed all of my expectations, and the end client was ultimately pleased with the final product.

We spoke over the phone, and they were always very attentive.
