• Historical Data Management: Establish mechanisms to capture and manage slowly changing dimension (SCD) type 2 data, ensuring historical accuracy and supporting longitudinal analysis of evolving data points.
• Data Modeling: Develop and implement dimension and fact tables tailored to fit within the organization's existing data architecture framework. This ensures alignment with data governance policies and facilitates efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Dashboard Development: Construct specialized summary tables optimized for generating a dynamic Customer Journey dashboard. This dashboard will visually map out past, current, and anticipated future events geographically, empowering stakeholders with actionable insights for informed decision-making and strategic planning. An interactive dashboard for RVPs, SVPs to understand the upcoming customer events with key information which shows the reviews with the previous events.
