Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the co-founder and CEO of Fyresite, a software development firm with locations in Phoenix, Denver, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.

What challenge were you trying to address with WulfenBear Media?

We were trying to take advantage of using videos for our marketing. However, since we weren’t a video production company, we didn’t have the equipment or the ability to edit videos. As a result, we hired WulfenBear Media to come in and manage our video production project.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The team created three different commercials featuring our services so that our clients could get to know us better. Each video was 3–5 minutes long. They were in charge of storyboarding, scriptwriting, directing, and audio mixing.

They also provided creative direction on how we could present our services. After that, they brought in all their equipment during filming and recorded various interviews with me and my employees. Most of the videos contained explanations of the different concepts of our business. Once everything was completed, WulfenBear Media edited all of our videos.

We worked with various people from their team, including their two cameramen, lighting director, and sound director. Our main point of contact was Wolf (Co-Founder).

How did you come to work with WulfenBear Media?

I met them a few years ago at an event where they were in charge of video production. We started talking and eventually established our relationship. I knew a couple of other video production companies, but I chose WulfenBear Media because they fit our needs. They also offered a fair price, and they were very knowledgeable.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $10,000–$15,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with them from January–February 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

WulfenBear Media did a phenomenal job. We posted our videos on YouTube, and our videos garnered thousands of views. People also commented on our videos, and they wanted to know more about our process. We never created videos before, and the team helped us figure out the best content to put in our commercials. They gave us tips whenever we encountered issues, and they were always open to reshooting scenes if needed. Our project already ended, but we still work with them on and off. We refer them to customers all the time, and they go in and take videos or photos of different projects.

How did WulfenBear Media perform from a project management standpoint?

They came in and finished everything within 2–3 days. After that, we did a couple of edit revisions, and they delivered the final product. We communicated primarily through email and phone. Overall, we followed their process, and everything went smoothly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were very professional, creative, understanding, and patient.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, we had a good experience with WulfenBear Media.

It would help to do some due diligence for what you’re trying to do. After that, write down talking points about your services so that things can move a little quicker.

For what projects/services did your company hire WulfenBear Media , and what were your goals?

We hired WulfenBear Media to create a promotional video featuring our newest designs. The idea was to use performance art (fire dancing) to showcase different outfits modeled by the dancers.

We wanted a mixture of close-up shots, full-body shots, and fun clips of the models dancing. We weren't quite sure the exact vibe as far as editing and music, and it all came together beautifully in the end

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

WulfenBear Media was recommended to us by friends, and we've seen their work in our local community in Phoenix, AZ. After chatting with Bear about our ideas and budget, we decided it was a perfect fit.

We took into account our location, the suggestions they provided, and the overall support and customer service offered. We preferred to work with a small business and this turned out to be the right choice

We initially met to discuss our idea and general plan. As a novice to video creation, we allowed the WulfenBear team a lot of creative freedom once the general idea was established. We discussed the type of shots requested, ideas for editing, products showcased, etc.

The day of the shoot, the Wulfenbear team was fully prepared and provided wonderful guidance for my team and the models. The shoot was executed successfully and overall it was a positive, professional experience.

After the shoot, I communicated closely with Bear Prandelli regarding the editing of the video. He was able to clearly transmute my ideas and had excellent suggestions of his own. In the end, the video exceeded our expectations, and received AMAZING feedback from our followers on social media

We worked with Bear Prandelli the most, and were impressed with his professionalism and creative vision. He was able to guide us through the process with ease, and truly understood our vision for the shoot, while adding helpful input.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This was our first time working with a video production company, so we weren't sure what to expect. The WulfenBear Media Team helped us feel comfortable and confident, and kept us up to speed on every step of the process.

My team wasn't quite sure exactly what kind of music and editing we wanted for the final video, and Bear and his team were able to help us create something magical

As newbies to video creation, my team was impressed with how easy WulfenBear Media made it for us. The video was created and finished even sooner than we expected, with a result that wowed us.

We loved how they communicated with us every step of the way and offered helpful suggestions that resulted in an incredible piece of art

We really enjoyed working with Bear Prandelli and were impressed by his creative vision and attention to detail. It's clear that he really cares about his clients and loves the art of video production.

NARPRO.co is your Neighborhood Automotive Repair Professionals. We are a group of premier independent shops across Maricopa County. We work together to expand our community involvement and help customers find quality automotive repair near them.

We have been fortunate to work with WulfenBear a few times; recently they created a dozen short videos to help address customer concerns. Realizing video is beneficial to our customers and Google's bots we had the best video production company in Phoenix help us get'r done. We will be working with them again in the future.

We connected with Bear through some charity events, notably Helping Hands for single Moms. Sharing community connection is good, but seeing their work is why we called them. Doing good work great, there was no one else to call.

We worked with Bear and Wolf Prandelli. They were great before, during and post production. Could not have asked for more, but we probably did and they exceeded that.

Hard to measure beyond web analytics, but they look good (stats & videos :) )

They are easygoing and manage to balance the right way with customer's way. They were on time for shoots and delivered in advance of their commitment.

I have the look for radio, and voice for news print; yet somehow, they managed to make me look ok.

Perhaps they could use better talent in front of the camera.

Defining Wellness Centers is a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center. I’m the creative director, and my job is to help with visuals, marketing, and so on.

WulfenBear Media is a professional and organized team. They’re easy to work with and always get back to us in a timely fashion. Working with them has been an enjoyable experience. We’ve had a lot of phone conversations and in-person meetings.
