I am the Managing Director for Keyhealth LLC, Dubai. We are an independent Distribution Company of Enagic. For over four decades, Japan-based Enagic International has been the leading manufacturer of alkaline ionizers and water filtration machines in the world.

Our website was created 4 years ago by an agency in Sharjah and had become really outdated. Our inhouse team had decided to go forward with a new revamped design and we hired an agency from South India for revamping our website. That's where we chose Woxro to be our IT Partner.

Woxro had brought out a completely new mobile optimised website and a quick loading one for team Keyhealth, by doing this we were able to increase traffic on the website by 180% compared to the previous years.

In the initial stage of the meeting itself they had crafted beautiful mockups for us, which really helped us to understand what we want and this helped us in understanding the designs really quick

We worked with Irene during the Initial Phase of the project discussions. Once the project was finalised and set to develop, we were in touch with Nimmi, Project Manager who really helped in guiding us through the development of each pages.

Nimmi, Our Project Co-ordinator was very helpful and helped us guide through the entire process smoothly. Everything was delivered on time and we received ample warning if a deadline wasn't going to be met

I was blown away by their knowledge about web designing, UX, and optimization. We appreciated that they were patient and thoughtful while we came up to speed we have worked with other agencies in the past but this was a particularly collaborative and positive experience

Our website was created before two years and had become outdated. So we wanted to have a web designing agency to revamp and redesign our new website so we hired Woxro to design and develop a website, by doing this we wanted to increase traffic and get more leads through our website.

We searched for the developers on Google in Kerala and we shortlisted five of them and I enquired about Woxro with a couple of my friends who stay at Thrissur and they too gave me a positive reply.

They did a very good job on our website. It’s almost live and the website will fulfill all our requirements for the next 5-10 years. After that, we’ll be upgrading. They helped give me great vase knowledge about the technical side of the project by explaining things in-depth. I know what I’m investing in, and I'll be using them for additional websites as well.

I was assigned a project manager Mr. Eldhos who guided me throughout the project and there were two Associate Developers and a UI designer who worked behind the scenes. They collaborated via Phone, Jira Project Scheduler and Google Meet. We avoided personal meetings in their office or at our office due to strict norms of the pandemic and due to COVID-19 Restrictions.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The previous website had around 8,000-10,000 visitors monthly. I’m expecting this website to have 100,000 per month. We started getting around 30 to 45 leads every month without any social media promotion.

We had daily stand-up's with the project management Mr. Eldhos who communicated with the rest of the team and we used Jira Project Management Tool, Whereby & Google Meets where held every 2 to 3 days and they completed the project in less than a months time.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They gave us a professional website that is easy to update. Our team had never worked with Wordpress before so they took the time to teach us how to update the content assets without depending on Woxro or their development team.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
When we first launched the website there were a minor bugs on the contact form in the contact us page and we contacted Eldhos and he fixed it quickly.

Since the project involved multiple dashboards and CRM workflows in Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, having more detailed initial walkthroughs would have helped reduce some revision cycles later in the implementation.
Additionally, more end-user training sessions at the initial rollout stage could have helped teams adopt the new reporting and CRM processes even faster. That said, the team was responsive to feedback, adapted quickly to changes, and ensured the final solution met our expectations successfully.
