We had the storyboard already figured out, so Wow-How first provided us with a styleframe, then worked out the storyboard, did the animations and added sound effects at the end.

During all phases we communicated over a great feedback tool so that changes could be implemented in matter of hours.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We haven't released the video yet, but the team is happy with the result.

Communication was always fast and all milestones could be achieved in time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The speed of work for any corrections was incredible.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Sometimes the comments haven't been read in details so one more round of correction had to be done. But since the corrections were always lightening fast, it was not much of an issue.

African history can sometimes have its difficult ties when it comes to illustrating those kingdoms or regions. Wow How contributed greatly to the creative side of animation and overall aesthetic.

There’s always room for that but I cannot think of one based on a great experiences with them

To have Wow-How create animated versions of our two main characters in the show to cut to sum up their predicaments in each episode.

We described how we wanted the characters to look, Wow-How went through about 3 versions before we landed on the character design. After which, we sent them a description of each animated sequence we needed with the time-frame of 5 seconds each, and they executed it with perfection.

1 post-supervisor and director and editor.

The animations are a huge value-add to our series and a reason why people keep watching the show.

Very effective, and now that we're back for season 2, it will continue to improve.

They do what they say they will do in the timeline they say they will do it. They also have a keen eye for design.

Some organizing in how we received files on google drive, but we have re-structured this process already.

They provided guidance and main ideas based on coversation we had. We worked along the whole process together and got quick feedback based on their experience on what was doable vs not.

The video was a 2 minute animated video. Voice over and storyboard was provided to Wow-How. From there, they diligently worked on the illustrations with a few iterations, followed by the animation.

Overall, the client was happy and approved the video. This was a big milestone given past challenges. Thus, this was a big success.

Their portfolio is pretty strong, but their responsiveness and communication were very strong, as well. It's rare to find that winning combo.
