ecomaids of Visalia-Fresno is an eco-friendly residential cleaning service of which I am the CEO.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire WorldLight Media, and what were your goals?

I entered a trade show late and needed a display for the show.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

After looking at 2 other vendor's I selected Worldlight Media based on the personal touch they have with their clients.

Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.

To start I gave them our font and 2 of our brand images as well as links to some photos of on-line marketing we currently have. I also gave them our call center slogan and phone number as well Twitter and Facebook handles.

I let their art department run with that information and come up with a design for our trade show display. Once the team finished the initial design it was sent to me for final approval and the display was delivered to me. The entire process took only a few days!

Working directly with me was Co-Owner Jenni. She assigned someone from her art department to create the design

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The marketing display has not been used yet, I'm sure it will be a hit at our first trade show coming up this weekend

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We had 1 meeting in their office. We talked over the parameters of the project and I shared Dropbox links of my files via e-mail while in the meeting. The meeting happened on a Friday, the following Monday I received and e-mail with an image for me to approve or ask for changes. I approved the image and received the display via FedEx by Tuesday or Wednesday. I certainly did not expect the turn around to be so quick!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The quality of the product and art work. The quick turn around.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really, they were amazing!
