RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Although we are still in the process of building our online presence, we have already seen meaningful progress in how we market and promote our firm. One of the biggest improvements has been developing a more proactive approach to obtaining Google reviews and strengthening our online reputation. Workbench SEO has helped us identify opportunities to increase client engagement and has provided practical tools to make those efforts easier. While we are still working toward our long-term goals, I am extremely pleased with the progress we've made and the direction we are heading.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Their project management has been outstanding! Communication has been excellent, they are incredibly responsive, and I have always felt like a priority rather than just another client. They take the initiative instead of waiting for me to tell them what needs to be done. They are always thinking of new ideas and opportunities to help my firm succeed, even when those ideas go beyond what I originally hired them to do. They have exceeded my expectations.

What was your primary form of communication with Workbench SEO?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impresses me most about Workbench SEO is how genuinely invested they are in the success of my business. I have worked with plenty of professionals over the years, and it is rare to find people who care as much about your business as you do. They are constantly thinking ahead, coming up with creative ideas, identifying opportunities, and taking initiative without being asked. They have made suggestions that never would have crossed my mind, and they truly go above and beyond in every possible way. One example that really stuck with me was when they encouraged us to be more proactive about requesting Google reviews from our clients. Rather than just making the suggestion, they actually took it upon themselves to order a custom QR code sign for our office to make the process easier. It may seem like a small gesture, but to me, it speaks volumes about the kind of people they are.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Workbench SEO could have done differently?

I cannot think of anything I would have wanted them to do differently. If anything, I wish I had started working with them sooner!
