My name is Daniel, and I am the CEO of OOAK Relations, a Swedish recruitment & Interim agency working on a global scale. We specialize in finding unique talent for various industries - "we help your business scale and make sure you have the right people in place".

Won Agency handled a complete rebrand of our company. This included designing a cohesive brand identity that was consistent across all our digital touchpoints. They also developed a new website in Webflow, integrating third-party plugins to ensure our entire system worked seamlessly.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since the rebrand and launch of our new website, we've seen a significant increase in brand awareness and online engagement. Our website traffic has increased by 40%, and we've received positive feedback from clients and partners on our new, cohesive look. Additionally, the third-party integrations have saved us a lot of time on tasks we previously did manually, freeing up our team to focus on other business areas and ultimately increasing our revenue.

Honestly, we were thoroughly impressed with their work. We have no significant areas of improvement to suggest.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the COO and co-founder of Jefa. Our organization is building a digital lending platform for women in Mexico.

What challenge were you trying to address with Won Agency?

We didn’t have any kind of design system. We hired Won Agency to build our branding and design book from scratch to make it so that we could efficiently design an app.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Won Agency helped us with branding, UX design, user flows, and made the app more intuitive. They built our entire design catalog and book and came up with the screens for our app and website. They also collaborated with our US researcher and worked with them as they conducted interviews and collected information to put into their work. 

We’ve taken pieces from the design book that Won Agency created and replicated them across all of our screens to make everything feel more consistent. Figma was used for all of the design work. 

What is the team composition?

We primarily worked with Sam (Head of Design). 

How did you come to work with Won Agency?

We hired a recruiting agency to look for people with solid design backgrounds. They came across Sam, and we decided to work with his agency. We think they found him through LinkedIn. 

How much have you invested with them?

We invested around $100,000 with Won Agency. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together between November 2021–July 2022.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Before we worked with Won Agency, our mobile application only had around 2,000 users, and now we have almost 100,000. We attribute this mainly to the improvements that Won Agency helped us with, and how user acquisition is much easier for us now. 

How did Won Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

They provided us with wonderful project management. They made communication easy, and everything happened quickly; Won Agency was very dedicated to ensuring everything went well. We used Notion for project management and Slack, Google Meet, and phone calls for communication. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Everything they created for us was very unique. They made the process very efficient, and we've been able to use everything they came up with. We continue to use the design book and can easily replicate everything. They also mentored designers on our team and helped them learn about implementation, which has been very helpful for us. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

We have no complaints about anything. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be open to letting Won Agency change what they need to. We had a lot of changes in the beginning, but everything went very smoothly because we were willing to let them come in and start from scratch. Just be open and let them come in and do their thing.
