I’m the COO of TKOart, an art consulting company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Wolf & Pigeons?

We hired Wolf & Pigeons to design our website. Our previous website was very outdated and we were looking for someone who was forward-thinking, modern, and understood us and could translate that into a site for us.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They redesigned our logo and website. Focusing on UI design, they made changes to the accessibility of the site. They implemented their own photographic elements that are visually tied to various topics used for the website and made the image quality better. Developing our social media presence, they are teaching us how to use it and upload things.

What is the team composition?

We work primarily with Melissa (Creative, Wolf & Pigeons) and Michael (Principal Creative, Wolf & Pigeons).

How did you come to work with Wolf & Pigeons?

I was referred to Melissa by someone who had worked with them previously and was very happy. When I met with Melissa and Michael, I knew instantly they were the right match for us.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about $8,500 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in April 2019 and the relationship is currently ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I’ve had at least a dozen people tell me they’ve liked our new website.

How did Wolf & Pigeons perform from a project management standpoint?

They're great. They’re really organized and their proposal is really clean and clear. We communicate through conference calls and shared documents online; they’re very responsive and easy.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They follow through and actually get things done. We’ve hired three other companies in the past and it was like pulling teeth to get things done. It’s been really positive. They’ve been teaching the woman who runs our offices on how to manage our social media, which has been really helpful.

Are there any areas they could improve?

If they could give us a little more time developing our social media, that would be awesome. That’s not to say they haven’t already given us a lot of time, because they have.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Stay on top of your responsibilities. The more the customer is on top of their responsibilities, the faster things get done in this situation. Anything that was delayed in our process was our own fault.
