Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The primary goal of the work was to create an onboarding process to help new users be successful with the app and optimize conversion. We completed that work pretty quickly and continued with work to improve the overall visual design of the app.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The onboarding flow was completed within a couple of weeks and we spent another two weeks or so iterating on design improvements to other parts of the app. The onboarding work has now shipped for both iPhone and Android, and the implementation of the other design improvements is underway now.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

I was in frequent communication with my design consultant via slack, figma, and regular virtual meetings. My consultant was very responsive and responded quickly and effectively when course corrections were needed.

I was impressed with the quality of the design work given the very affordable rates. The consultant got up to speed quickly on my app and was able to work within the design constraints that I provided.
