We have set up an initial consultation to understand Syneto hiring needs, creating a timeline for the recruitment process, and regularly updating the organization on progress. To ensure the timely delivery of recruitment services, we used a tracker to monitor progress of each recruitment stage, such as sourcing candidates, screening, and scheduling interviews. Wise Step assigned a dedicated account manager and recruiter to serve as the main point of contact.

They covered different locations from Romania and presented to us the most suitable candidates for the JD. Acted like a point of contact between us and the candidates when situation was needed and shared market insights from their experience. By collaborating with them, we had many candidates to interview and hired 4 people and hard to fill roles.
