What stood out most about Wiro was their exceptional company culture, which was evident in their approach to collaboration and problem-solving. Their communication was clear, regular, and proactive, ensuring we were always in the loop. Most impressive was how seamlessly they managed to deliver exactly what we needed, efficiently translating our requirements into effective solutions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something WIRO could have done differently?

Overall, we were extremely satisfied with Wiro's work, and there were very few areas for improvement. If anything, we would suggest a bit more focus on prioritising projects for quick wins, which could have helped maximise early impact. Additionally, it might have been beneficial if they were a bit stricter with us on setting clear objectives, using their expertise to steer us more firmly in the right direction. That said, their flexibility and responsiveness were much appreciated throughout the project.

We needed Wiro to identify technical deficiencies on the site that were affecting performance as well as redesign key touchpoints in the customer journey. All projects needed to be optimised for SEO.

Needed to:

• Improve add to cart rate
• Improve customer trust and relive purchase anxiety
• Begin to see page ranking improvements

In the short time we have worked with Wiro they have:

• Improved page load from 4s to 2s
• Greatly improved conversion from the homepage
• Significanlty improved add to carts
• By enabling SEO fundamentals and improving page speed and crawlability rankings have grown significantly and organic traffic is up 100%

Wiro clearly specify estimated time and scope of the projects as well as being very clear on realistic timelines and limitations.

Wiro will also proactively suggest better alternatives if there are any with all projects.

All projects delivered on time and Wiro have gone above and beyond on specific projects to hit hard deadlines despite large technical hurdles discovered.

The breadth of expertise is a lot better than similar agencies. They are by far the most efficient agency I have ever worked with, and they continue to impress with each project.

Still lots to do on the website but any issue encountered I am always confident Wiro will find a way to resolve.

More regular performance catch ups and objectively quantifying ROI

We wanted to ensure that as a worldwide brand we were ensuring that our online store was running smoothly and we were following best practices whilst still ensuring that we could keep our own identity. 
Wiro highlighted some issues from a very early audit and laid out a roadmap in order to cover these and then move forward in redesigning our new webstore. We worked in a way in which we had the ideas and then would send them over to see if they were possible and everytime the team over at Wiro made it happen, even if something couldn't be achieved they helped us identify a way in which we could work around to create the same results as what we wanted. 
Over the past 18 months the team have worked endlessly with us on ensuring that everything was as up to date as it could be and if there was anything else they would jump on this instantly for us.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Firstly it was moving our site to shopify's latest platform (2.0) and removing a certain app which alot of the website was initially built on. Then after that it has been section by section rebuilding and then highlighting any issues and then quickly having them fixed.

Bi Weekly calls with myself and our team to talk us through all aspects of jobs which we were working on at the time really helped show what was happening and when it was happening. This constantly had me at ease and felt like i could trust them with each aspect.

The knowledge they hold as a team to identify & solve issues in such a timely manner, If we ever had a issue a member of the team would have this fixed straight away.

Honestly, no. They have been amazing and very transparent throughout the entire partnership.
