Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

I am not sure I can answer their complete scope of work, I know they provide the full production value including audio, lighting, video production, production gear, LED services, bar video, rigging, staging, green room and backstage support, and technical front of house labor.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Clear communication to execute a successful program and runway show, excellent pipe and draping of large event hall, staging was visible to all guests, immersive audio and lights, video was timely and on theme. 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

There is a great values fit between Wired and ChildServe. I think they do a great job of responding to the client's needs and editing promptly. They are organized and proactive in solving any issues that may arise. They are quick to put out fires and provide a lot of feedback to the client. We have been partners for several years now, and continue to fine-tune our rhythm year over year as we collaborate creatively and technically. If someone is having a concern, we are supportive and there to help each other out or work through issues with care together.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I think they are highly generous to ChildServe as we partner with families to help children with special healthcare needs live a great life. Wired feels like part of the ChildServe family! Their crew is highly efficient, communicative, and creative. We are lucky to have them use their unique strengths to elevate our largest fundraiser of the year, Bubble Ball, to raise over $1 million annually for our mission. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Wired Production Group could have done differently?

I think that as the client, we are not always right or understand the technical aspects of what they are working on. At the same time, we appreciate when issues or struggles is treated with positivity, care, and suggested solutions. While we can learn more about Wired's process moving forward, we also are juggling other campaigns/projects/donors alongside Bubble Ball, which occupies our time and energy as well. So while we can continue to fine-tune our understanding of what the scope of work looks like. Knowing that Bubble Ball is a small portion of what our Foundation accomplishes annually is important. Happy to learn, but at the same time, we can only do so much to find synergy between hired internal and external staff collaborating. I don't think patience and care are key, we just felt there were some conversations where communications could have been phrased or handled with more of those values on both sides. That is an easy people culture fix for next year for both teams!

Wired supported the entire general production of a key leadership kick off meeting for 300 people; developing staging/design, audio, video and on-site support.  This included months of creative development, weekly client review and on-site execution.

Flawless execution, on site support, positive attitude, flexibility with changes, true partnership, open communication

Through weekly calls and meetings and detailed written time lines and production schedules, Wired met all of our needs.  They are consistently gracious, flexible with changes and offer value and experience.

As a smaller business, Ron the owner is very hands on and the team culture was positive, energetic, and supportive of both the end client and each other.
