Willard acted as our embedded design partner for a full website overhaul. Their team handled end-to-end UI/UX— from initial discovery workshops, competitive and user-journey mapping, and wireframing, through high-fidelity designs in Figma. They also refreshed our visual identity, delivering an updated colour palette, typography system, icon set, and brand guidelines. Key deliverables included:
• Interactive lo fidelity wireframes for all core pages
• A complete desktop + mobile design system (components, states, tokens)
• 12 high-fidelity page mock-ups, ready for dev hand-off
• Brand style guide (logo usage, colour, type, imagery direction)
• Clickable prototype for gathering feedback
• Asset/export package for our engineering team (SVGs, optimized images)

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

They embedded into my Slack and communicated with the rest of the team like full time employees. Tayler kept everything flowing and we had no problems as far as things being delivered late. Because they were so closely integrated with the rest of the team everything felt very fluid and the communication was great!

The level of integration with our team and ways of working resulted in a really deep understanding of what we needed and very clear communication between us and Willard.
