Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the engineer in charge of a project-based company based in Qatar. We work with clients in Oil & Gas sector.

For what projects/services did your company hire Why Shy?

Our website was created over 27 years ago and had become outdated. Our development team had limited design skills, so we hired this team to provide the site design for us. By doing this, we were hoping to increase our traffic substantially by the end of the year

How did you select Why Shy and what were the deciding factors?

We looked for web designers and after reviewing a lot of offers, we chose Whyshy because of their affordable price, industry experience, skills and personable team

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

After a series of discovery meetings to discuss our goals, we received 4 initial designs for the main page. Once we chose a theme, they finalized the design and provided feedback. This allowed us to show them how we wanted the rest of the site to look. Whyshy came back to us with designs for our other pages also.

How many resources from the Why Shy team worked with you, and what were their positions?

In total, we worked with 4 people including a Business Development Head, one concept head and two graphic designers during the final phase.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their documentation was very thorough. Our developers were able to implement their design easily, and the overall look is much more user-friendly. Site traffic has increased and we continue to hear positive feedback and compliments from visitors about the design

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The Business Development Head was easy to communicate with and provided us frequent updates. We had both in-person meetings and phone calls. Everything was delivered on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were happy for their knowledge about website design, experience, and optimization. We've appreciated their patience and thoughtfulness while we have come up to speed. We have worked with other agencies in the past, but this was a particularly positive experience

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As they were located in India and we were in Qatar, we couldn’t communicate with them on some days of a week as holidays differ. So we wish they could start a new branch over here and develop a fruitful business.

This came as a reference from a friend and Why Shy was very professional. They were able to give me clear-cut plan with defined timelines.

The website was build on Wordpress with the key deliverables being that it should be SEO friendly, aesthetically appealing and user-friendly. Myself and my team should be able to update the website easily and Why Shy trained us on how to go about it.

3 people - The main developer, a project manager and the founder himself, who was there throughout the process.

I have built this website as a start and I am looking forward to making it one of the top informative blogging website in the years to come.

We needed web presence, and had little to no idea of where to start and how to get there. We wanted a website that communicated all our products, services, and experiences in an efficient and aesthetic manner.
