Whitetest employees have been used to augment internal teams working on strategic roadmap work. They have played a key role as manual and automated testers within our Agile Scrum teams supporting quality.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As a product organization, we don't work on projects but have a pipeline of strategic roadmap items and client support activities. Whitetest has supported our ability to develop ensuring iterative value and consistent and regular releases to production.

Whitetest work as part of our Agile Development teams and are not solely responsible, or can be measured based on hitting deadlines as a Supplier. We have a stong relationship with Whitetest. The Account Manager is always available, is proactive in supporting challenges as well and being pragmatic and understanding about the changes in our needs. The individuals engaged are always keen to meet team-related deadlines (Sprints, releases, milestones etc).

QA testing of all functionalities provided by Artisio AMS. It also includes all new functionality tests, which we deploy every month.

Working with White Test Labs allowed us to significantly improve the quality of our test, which was not possible when we were doing it in-house. We saw huge time and cost saving working with White Test Labs, which converted into more successful clients and faster onboarding every month.

Every task is delivered on time. QA testers working for us go above and beyond, fulfilling their duties. We very much like how they think out of the box whenever there is a need to solve an issue.

Their team always aims for perfection, even in critical situations, they show positive thinking and attitude!
