I’m the co-founder and CEO of Hestiya, a company that provides solutions to help businesses and individuals achieve carbon neutrality easily and accessibly.

What challenge were you trying to address with WeiBlocks?

We needed help developing an online platform and software that our clients could use to manage their carbon portfolios.

What was the scope of their involvement?

WeiBlocks developed a Web3-powered marketplace for carbon markets. The team provided turnkey solutions, including front- and backend development.

We found them through an online search. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, they were a great culture fit, they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.

We worked together from February 2024–December 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our clients loved using the marketplace. The transactions have crossed $50,000, the client feedback is great, and the adoption rates are increasing. So far, 20 companies are using it to manage their portfolio.

How did WeiBlocks perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered on time. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team and the founder were responsive and available. They listened to our problems and delivered results on time. Usama (Founder & CEO) had a great approach and knowledge of the industry.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could have done a little more product competitor analysis.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

WeiBlocks helped us scope, build, and launch the V1 API for Coinperps, our crypto derivatives analytics platform. The work covered backend API architecture, endpoint development, third party data integration, and the logic needed to power key market data features across the product.

Their main deliverable was a working API layer that pulls in and structures perpetual futures market data so it could be used reliably across our platform. This included building endpoints for core metrics such as funding rates, open interest, and related derivatives data, plus making sure the data was formatted in a way our frontend could consume easily.

They also helped with the broader technical foundation, including API design, implementation support, troubleshooting, and improving reliability during the build. In practical terms, they took us from concept to a usable V1 product that gave Coinperps a functioning market data backend and a base we can build on as we expand toward more custom in house infrastructure.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Successfully integrated 17+ exchanges and 200+ coin derivatives. Platform delivers live data across funding rates, OI, liquidations, and fear & greed index. Launched with exchange comparison tools, heatmaps, and a public API for third-party access.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Their project management was excellent. They were consistently fast to respond and felt available almost 24/7 throughout the project. That level of responsiveness made the process much smoother, especially in a fast-moving build where requirements evolved over time.

They delivered work promptly and were very agile in adapting to changing needs. As the scope shifted and we refined different parts of the API, they were quick to adjust, implement feedback, and keep momentum moving without friction.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me most was their combination of speed, responsiveness, and technical execution. A lot of developers can build to a brief, but WeiBlocks was much more agile than most. They adapted quickly as requirements changed, communicated fast, and still delivered solid work without creating unnecessary friction.

It also stood out that they were able to take a fairly technical product idea and turn it into a working V1 API with minimal hassle. That mix of availability, flexibility, and practical delivery is rare.

Are there any areas for improvement or something WeiBlocks could have done differently?

Nothing really stood out for me in terms of how things could be done differently. I continue to work with them to this day and they are valued partners.
