I’m the founder of Budservis, a construction company. Our core business is the production, sale, and delivery of ready-mixed concrete and construction mortars.

We hired WeHaveSEO to turn our website into a sales channel, increase its visibility on Google, and drive more targeted organic traffic that would generate new customer inquiries and online orders.

What was the scope of their involvement?

WeHaveSEO provided a complete SEO strategy, including a website audit, technical SEO, content creation, website design recommendations, and ongoing SEO support and consulting. With WeHaveSEO, we completely transformed our website from a simple business card site into the first fully functional online concrete store in the Zaporizhzhia region.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Within just a few months, the majority of our target keywords reached the top 1–3 positions in Google search results. Previously, all of our sales came through phone calls. Today, more than 40% of our orders are placed online through the website, making it one of our primary sales channels. Overall, our organic traffic increased by more than 200%, and we saw a 36% increase in conversions.

WeHaveSEO was very organized, communicated clearly throughout the project, and always delivered everything on time. We primarily communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

WeHaveSEO helped us improve the online presence for Powerful IT Systems and made it easier for local businesses to find us online. The main focus was on local SEO, website improvements, keyword research, Google Business Profile optimization, backlinks, and helping our service pages rank better. They also helped review the website, suggest content updates, improve pages for IT support, managed IT services, cybersecurity, and Microsoft 365, and provided ongoing SEO guidance and reporting. Overall, the work was focused on helping us show up better in local searches and making sure our website clearly explains what we do and who we help.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since we started working with WeHaveSEO, we have seen a clear increase in website visitors and a noticeable improvement in conversions from the website.

The biggest measurable outcome has been more leads coming through our website. Before working with WeHaveSEO, we were not getting as much activity or as many quality inquiries from organic search. After they started working on our SEO, website structure, local search visibility, and service pages, we began seeing stronger traffic and more potential clients reaching out. 

For us, the most important result is not just more visitors, but better conversion from those visitors into real leads for Powerful IT Systems. That has been the clearest sign that the SEO work is moving in the right direction and creating value for our business.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out most about WeHaveSEO was their knowledge and experience working with technology companies. Since Powerful IT Systems is an IT and cybersecurity company, it was important for us to work with a team that understood our industry and the type of clients we are trying to reach.

They understood how to position our services, what keywords mattered, and how to approach SEO for a technical business like ours. That industry experience made them a very good fit for us and made the process much easier. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something WeHaveSEO could have done differently?

Overall, our experience with WeHaveSEO has been very positive. If there was one area for improvement, it would be continuing to expand the SEO strategy around IT services so we can reach even more local businesses searching for managed IT, cybersecurity, and Microsoft 365 support.

That said, this is more of an opportunity to keep improving than a complaint. In general, the experience has been great, and we have been happy with their work, communication, and results.
