We gave WebSpero Solutions access to our website and all our information. They did an initial audit, checking our SEO rankings, spam scores, Alexa ranking, and Page and Domain authority. From there, they delivered a report and an exact plan of 72 proposed improvements for our SEO, which we approved.

They’ve executed some of their strategies, including backlinking. They’ve also helped us determine which keywords to pay for based on what users are googling in our city. They’ll also generate content for our site, and I’ve engaged them to help us with Google Maps optimization.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

In just three months, WebSpero Solutions has helped us increase our website’s impressions from 2,900 to 19,000; that’s almost 10 times more engagement. Our site’s clicks have also increased, according to Google Insights. They’ve also helped improve our rankings on keywords search.

How did WebSpero Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate through WhatsApp; the account manager always replies when I message him. 

In terms of deadlines, they’re very quick workers. Most of the time, I’m the one who delays them because I take a while to reply or to share our content. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I find WebSpero Solutions’ work system impressive. While some vendors don’t have processes, WebSpero Solutions knows exactly how to conduct a project. They’re a developed business that knows what we need. I don’t have to tell them what to do for SEO; they tell me. They’re experienced professionals, and their results speak for themselves.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t know that there’s anything they need to improve. If anything, perhaps the fact that English is their second language could be an issue for communication with other clients. We understand each other easily, though.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure you tell WebSpero Solutions exactly what you want to target with SEO, depending on your business. Though they’re very professional and trustworthy, I recommend checking on their work every week or two weeks to ensure everything is running smoothly. Just like running your own business, you should always manage a collaboration.

Since engaging with them, I saw a significant leap in my sales and stock signs. We also noticed more traffic coming to our website, which was helpful. Additionally, they helped me pinpoint the products we needed to spend more time and money on to make more revenue.

They were always on top of project management; their responses were within less than a couple of hours when I emailed them any time of the day. I could also call them or get on a Zoom meeting, so we never had a problem reaching out to them — it was great.

Their attention to detail is outstanding; they really tried to listen to everything about our company to do things that I didn’t even think about — they were proactive in giving helpful advice rather than just taking my money.

We had a bit of a problem with the language barrier; sometimes, it was difficult to understand them. Other than that, everything was great.

Ensure that you have everything needed for the project and know what you want out of it. Otherwise, it’s going to be a more challenging partnership.

They created a really good website. Though we have something else in our mind, when they explained and offer suggestions we agree to the current design and we are happy to go with their suggestions. The website is fast, attractive, and works smoothly - that is all we wanted.

They always responded on time. There were no delays and we got timely updates on our project. We mostly communicated through Google meet and emails.

They were very dedicated to our website and made many changes to our asking. Plus, the way they explain the technicalities is really praiseworthy. We never felt that they are lacking anywhere.

We’re also looking to add another target country in Southeast Asia, and this should start in a couple of months.

With the help of WebSpero, the immigration consultancy company has appeared on the first page of search results. Our client has also gained new leads from their target market. So far, everyone is happy with the results.

We have regular communications with WebSpero. We don’t have to follow up with anything specific — they’re on top of everything. They call us if they need anything from us. To communicate, we use emails.

We’ve tried another company before, but they didn’t know what they were doing — their work didn’t generate results.

No, there aren’t any. They know what they’re doing, and they’re on top of everything.

Have clear-cut targets in terms of what they want to achieve. For example, our client has been clear that they want to focus only on the Indian market. That way, the WebSpero team has also been focused on achieving that goal.

We contacted several agencies, but WebSporo Solutions seemed the most competent while also being affordable.

Our project began with an extensive audit. They helped us figure out what keywords to use and analysed our competitors. Then they gave us recommendations, e.g. create blog posts with specific keywords and followed up with general advices for our website, regarding navigation and design. From there, we received monthly reports on our page ranking etc.

We have one go-to-guy, who's always approachable with any problem. He helped us in many instances, but I don't know his exact position.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve received around 3X ROI because of their work. Our conversion rates are good, and they provide good reports to show that. We’ve also been able to rank in the top 3 or top 4 on Google on some of the keywords we really value.

How did WebSpero Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very responsive and always available. We do everything through email. We also communicate through calls, but it’s very rare. I personally dislike that I get a bunch of WhatsApp messages from them that are one sentence each when they can just give their message in one go.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I haven’t invested so much because I want to work on other channels too, but their work allows me to get good results. Their contributions are also good for my long-term strategy.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There was one significant blip where they mistakenly published a regular theme they were working on during Black Friday. As such, our Black Friday theme was nowhere to be seen and people were landing on a page that didn’t have Black Friday content. During that time, I lost a significant amount of sales and no promo code. Despite that, I still consider them a good team.

Know what your goals are and know your brand voice because they’ll be creating a lot of content based on that.

Every company is different, and what works for me might not work for other people. That said, WebSpero Solutions conducts a thorough website audit, and based on that, they tell you exactly what needs to be done to your site. They don’t just apply a general strategy for all their clients.

WebSpero Solutions has been very responsive to our needs. They usually respond within minutes whenever I reach out. They’ve been on top of the project. We communicate through email and WhatsApp.

The instant response rate and how they change campaigns when there are no physical results are outstanding.

Perhaps giving more insight in the reports given. For someone who isn't as well versed with google analytics, it would be great to get the 'so what' factor from them.

We needed someone to help us with SEO optimization. Our previous SEO presence was pretty strong, but a few algorithms changed as time went on, and we found out that we were losing our position in the rankings.

WebSpero mainly focuses on selling through the website, and optimizing it for SEO and link-building purposes. They also write articles and do guest postings on behalf of our website. In addition, they make suggestions and optimize the content that’s already on the website.

I found them through Upwork and I liked their reviews, and how soft they were in their response. After a couple of months of working with WebSpero, I was impressed with what I saw in the turnaround in my organic search results.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The partnership has definitely been positive. My organic Google ranking for many of the keywords we implemented has increased significantly — I believe I’m in the top 3–5 for 10 organic keyword search results in several countries, since my courses are offered worldwide. Apart from that, my visibility score has gone up significantly, and it’s often at 100%.

How did WebSpero Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

We don’t really have any project deadlines or anything like that, but the communication has been amazing. I communicate with my main point of contact via email, and his response time is phenomenal. He always gets back to me and goes above and beyond everything I ask. 

My business is online and I often encounter issues that I can’t work out myself. What I’ll do is just send them a quick email, and he and his team will sort it out for me right away — even though it’s outside of the scope of what they were hired for.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their area of strength is definitely in communication and results. I previously worked with another SEO agency for six months prior to working with WebSpero, and they just didn’t get the results that I wanted. Within two months of working with WebSpero, I had already achieved the results that I wanted and I've seen a massive turnaround.

Are there any areas they could improve?

When I first attempted to have them do content creation, I found that their level of English proficiency wasn’t up to par with that of a native English speaker. There were a few minor grammatical errors and things that a native English-speaking person wouldn’t have made.

However, it’s very minor, and I didn’t hire them to write content, I hired them to improve our SEO — and from that perspective, there’s nothing I can criticize them for.

I would absolutely recommend WebSpero without any hesitation. The pricing is fair for what they offer, and their service is fantastic.
