The initial build was delivered with the initial customizations and additional features on both platforms, and then over time different additional features and customizations were delivered.

All communication is done through a ticket system. I appreciate the regular almost daily updates of what is being worked on, and communicating changes or updates is easy through this system. Mobikul's response timeframe is quick, and the developers accomplish tasks in a very reasonable timeframe. They also respond to questions, concerns, and any bugs very quickly.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Mobile development can be very costly particularly for capable developers. I have found Mobikul to have a professional mobile app available out-of-the-box that works well at a very reasonable price. Additional features and custom work is done within reasonable timelines and price. These guys are extremely capable developers able to handle complex features and capabilities. I would hire them over many other companies I have had experience with. I am constantly impressed with communication and capability with them.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
The only thing I would suggest is more bandwidth of developers so work could be completed faster. Other than that I can honestly say I can not think of a way to improve the experience of doing business with Mobikul.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Webkul and Mobikul have worked hand-in-hand with us to customize our web and mobile app to our customers’ needs. For example, we had a particular payment method that wasn’t popular. Webkul developed a special payment method for our website and a feature for wallets.
I usually send them a request describing all the features we needed within a specific scope. They reply, and we go back and forth. If needed, we do a Skype call to explain everything to them with videos, and they ask me questions to clarify any confusion.
There have been times when I’ve been confused about the feature I wanted to develop. They’ve helped me understand the ins and outs of the features, how they work, their intricacies, and how they connect.
We work mainly with PHP, Java, and Swift. They help with web and mobile app development. Our new project is a Flutter app.

As a startup, we don’t have the in-house capacity to have ten developers. Having companies like Webkul and Mobikul is a good solution for us.

I have complete visibility of what’s being done and assigned to each person. They use an ERP system. It’s excellent, and I can see what’s going on and the problems they’re facing. It would be good if they could adapt to the tools that the customer suggests. For example, we could collaborate on Figma instead of what they use for design. Additionally, communication always has room for improvement.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Think about what you want precisely before communicating it to any development company. Write it down and discuss it with the project manager. Then, go ahead and try to implement. One of the big mistakes we made before was trying to implement based on poorly written tasks.
