We already have the app in the stores and the end result is fantastic, as is the ease with which we can manage the app directly from Magento, all fully integrated with our online shop. Providing more accurate estimations of delivery times for features and fixes would help manage expectations and reduce frustration.

2. Proactive Issue Identification:

While Webkul has been responsive to issues raised by GETIT.QA, they could improve by identifying and addressing potential problems proactively. More proactive testing and quality assurance could prevent such issues from reaching the production stage.

3. Prioritization of Features and Fixes:

Ability to move from the app to our website and from our website to the app, and the possibility to create a mapping link between our website and the delivery  boy app so that when a user clicks on the link  on our website it will directly open to the login page of the app.

TheWebkull support team were prompt and professional in the delivery of the task. Above all they take into consideration that you are not a programmer or a technical person so if you are not able to communicate your intent accurately to them, they are charitable and kind enough to allow you to restate or further describe your intent in the couse of the project to deliver the exact results that meet your needs without extra cost, unless the further update deviates totally from the initial task.

Webkul is a well-organized company with superior technical support and customer care. They appear to be a permanent tech company in the tech market that we can rely on and grow with them into the distant future. They are reliable and you can't talk about them without talking about their reliability.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Webkul could have done differently?

ALTHOUGHT WEBKUL IS RELIABLE, I THINK THE WEBKUL TEAM IS TOO FOCUSED ON EXECUTING THE TASK GIVEN TO THEM, WHICH IS GOOD. BUT THEY MUST IN ADDITION CHECK WHETHER THE TASK GIVEN TO THEM WOULD BENEFIT THE CLIENT, OR GIVE THEIR INPUT  ABOUT THE TASK TO ARRIVE AT A BETTER OUTCOME OF THE TASK OR SUGGESTING ALTERNATIVE APPROAH OR ADVISING THE CLIENT.  ESPECIALLY, CLIENTS THAT ARE NOT TECH SAVVY. THEY APPEAR TO BE RESERVED IN THIS REGARD.

Webkul team would do for you whatever you ask them to do for you without adding their input. This is something Webkul could do differently to improve. But let me be quick to add that if you know exacly what you need and you are able to communicate your task or intent clearly, then Webkul is the best tech developer for you.

The scope of work included deployment of webkul store modules and creation of new modules as per our requirement and then integrate with the added modules of webkul. The final outcome is a product desired for the B2B marketplace we anticipated.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The greatest advantage of all is that webkul team had many off-the-shelf modules which were readly available to deploy and with minimal customisation. This helped in kickstarting the project with basic process met and we were able to jump start our product campaign with it.

Though it took 2 years, we were able to complete 98% of all requirements.

The respond to needs were very good and team worked really hard under their team's supervision. The project understanding and overall deliverables where well understood by Team leads. 

Delivery times were not often met and got extended most of the time.

As mentioned earlier, the uniquness is the large amount of team working behind to develop ready to deploy products which is commanly required for many proejcts and thus reducing the time to market.

Need to improve on the delivery time and project/task scheduling.

Besides, In person meeting is recommended, atleast when the client is within reachable locations.
