Our client is a new startup and decided to create and develop promo online store from scratch for innovative product in energy market. Our team made a design, Web-Systems team's acted as an integrator and developers of all technical features, layout implementations and testing.

I turned to Web-Systems.Solutions for professional UX/UI services for an eCommerce project. My eCommerce project is an online store of technical equipment for security. I only needed UX/UI.

This is a fairly small project, so there was no point in using software such as Jira or Asana. But the experience of cooperation with the team showed that they are very cool, work incredibly fast and with high quality.

I was most impressed by the quality of the work done. It's just incredible! Even when I had to make some changes, the team always accomplished what I needed and more.

We hired Web-Systems Solutions to create online presence for our company. A website describing our services and space to advertise our listings to prospective clients and tenants.

We searched for developers online and didn’t want to pick any of the companies that worked on the sites of other companies in Toronto providing similar services, simply because none of them were interactive enough. According to their portfolio Web-Systems worked with different types of companies and proposed a very unique and interactive layout which turned out to be exactly what we were looking for.

From the get-go associates of Web-Systems Solutions set up goals and objectives which they delivered on flawlessly. After our initial conversation with a designer where they proposed a whole bunch of different layouts for our new logo, business cards and site - the project manager set clear goals and objectives along with timelines for the proposed work. After working with us on a whole bunch of adjustments Web-Systems Solutions had deigned and developed a WordPress site that exceeded our expectations.

We worked with a designer and a few developers including the people who did a final presentation of our site and all of its parts.

Having this site our staff have been able to convert more prospective tenants to actual long term tenants and short term guests with great ROI for our clients/landlords. A lot of existing clients find it easier to refer their friends and family to us since they are able to see our portfolio even before they reach out to us directly. With this being in place, it seems that it now takes less time to convert an initially interested prospective client into a property contract.

From the start of this project we had outlined to the project management team at Web-Systems that the reason we are hiring them to create and look after online presence for our company is simply to outsource this entire aspect of our business to them and thankfully they were very understanding and only reached out to us with progress reports and every time we had a decision to make. With this being said, considering that most of these occasions took our associates longer than expected, our site with all of it’s aspects was still done on time.

Their ability to incorporate a set of versatile techniques to help us make decisions was impressive. After we considered all of the options proposed by associates of Web-Systems we felt confident making a decision on all aspects of our web presence.

It is very difficult to underline areas of improvement needed here, because throughout our entire communication and work process it was evident that we are working with a professional and knowledgeable team.

WEB-SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS created a custom CRM system for our company. They developed a convenient system with a modern interface. It simplifies the transfer of information to insurance companies and complex owners. The service they provided was good. Also I know that they provide technical support of a project after project launching. Actually, it turned out to be the main reason why we chose them.

There were 5 people in a team of our project. We worked with a project manager, web designer, front-end developer and 2 back-end end developers. Also, it should be noted that project managers in Web-Systems Solutions are the most sociable and great team players.

We have reached a good results with the CRM that Web-Systems Solutions created. We are excited about the CRM’s multifunctionality.It completely meets the user roles needs and feets for the business processes, Also, the system is very convenient and as modern as possible.

As I mentioned before, I really admire their project management team. Project manager we worked with was both a professional and an open and responsive man. He focused on project goals as if they were their own and applied them precisely and on time. All features that we wanted to add to our custom software were taken into account and certainly discussed.

I like their custom approach and solutions. Their team is very coordinated and competent. They have an expert vision of the problem and bring the most effective solutions. I’m glad I worked with this company.
