Developed a full OSS/BSS solution to enroll new customers via the web or mobile devices. This includes managing the customers recurring billing, selecting plans, selecting devices. There was an entire backend management platfrom to connect to the carries, provide phone numbers, activate accounts, manage sim cards. The application was a full life cycle mobile customer development.

We measured success by how quickly new telecom providers launched their services, the growth in user sign-ups and renewals, and the overall decrease in support requests.

We tracked platform uptime, response times, and transaction volume to confirm that the system was both stable and able to handle real-world demand.

We worked hand in hand with daily calls and slack messaging along with several other project management software. The communication was in real time and was very easy to work with.

The platform allows the top trainers and organizations to register, ensuring users get the highest quality options. - Search and Filters: Users can easily search for training sessions and events that match their needs using a simple search and filter system. - Content Management: The website has a system that allows the administrators to update and manage the site’s content, like events, trainer profiles, etc. - 
Built to Grow: The website is designed to handle more users and new features as the platform grows in the future.

Now "My Training" has a considerably larger number of users which is an obvious outcome I think. More and more young people get a chance to join their favorite sport, apart from this more companies join My Training to align their sport with our website

They’ve touched upon anything from design to product management, front and backend development, and DevOps. They’ve been involved on every level in terms of developing the product. We came to the partnership with an idea of what we wanted to achieve, and we wireframed that with We Construct. Overall they did a fantastic job.

Their engagement was crucial for us to succeed as a company. We demonstrated that we were capable of delivering what we were talking about. Based on the work that We Construct did, we were able to gain some trust from the customers.

We Construct has successfully delivered the product on time and to the specification. The website is significantly faster and more performant. It is entirely custom and tailored to our needs. After the launch we have had a significant increase in customers who wanted to get rehabilitation services.

They’ve managed our project excellently. The levels of both communication and organization have been exceptional. We Construct was always available, accommodating our time fully and remaining flexible to our schedule so our time zone differences were not challenging because of their approach.

We relied on Jira for project management. We Construct had a structured workflow, which helped to track their weekly progress. They were also highly responsive, and they immediately resolved any issues that were raised.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were knowledgeable and upfront about their capabilities. On the design side their approach was based primarily on functionality while being open to customer visual design requirements. They delivered a quality product, and all of the resources we needed were always available.

They are leaders in the field regarding the architecture of the code. We Construct constantly looks at new technologies and architecture, considers new and old principles, and takes pride in being great tech leaders.

Nothing comes to my mind. Totally pleased with the results.

Our company needed a web application to showcase our products and make the rental process fast and simple. The challenge for the development side was to understand our business in details, so they could provide the best available solution. I should say, that We Construct's team brilliantly accomplished that.

We contacted many companies and decided to go with We Construct. The company demonstrated in-depth understanding of the project and they were always very quick to respond. We organized several meetings during which they took initiative to create the project’s roadmap, and proposed the best technologies to use to get qualified results.

We Construct has developed our website in Laravel / PHP. They had done sitemap, wire frames, design, development, QA before making the website live. Each part was divided into milestones and a development timeline was set up. At each milestone we reviewed the work, shared feedback and suggestions with each other. The work was really amazing and we definitely were getting what expecting.

The team was composed of 5 people: 1 back-end developer,1 front-end developer, 1 designer, 1 Project Manager and 1 Quality Assurance.

The outcomes of the project were satisfying. We gained a much higher level of bookings and brand awareness and highly positive feedback from the customers. The booking process of our products has become easier and faster. They’ve literally built every piece of our platform, and the quality of their work is striking. We are happy with the results.

The management and communication were at their highest level. The project manager was very professional and the team was well-organized.We used Jira for creating weekly sprints with requirements and timeline for tracking the results. The communication was via Slack, Google Meet and we had weekly meetings.When the development phase started, we reviewed the code in GitHub. Each task was estimated and completed on time.

We were very impressed by their quick integration to the project and willingness to make it modern, up-to-date and to the point. They did their own research to understand our business so they can best develop our work in the way that would be most effective and successful in the area of the market. The company’s motivation and eagerness to keep every part of the development under strict control was very satisfying.

Besides the attitude and willingness of the team workers, ready to respond at anytime is something we really value. These guys will never leave you in a trouble, no matter who's mistake caused it.

We think there are not any areas to be improved. We are completely satisfied with what we’ve got.
